This is one of three starbucks locations that always make my drink right, not that it's complicated... and its convenient to hit up before or after shopping
As always the employees are always friendly and just a great place to get drinks in general or a little coffee date
Three people were working and were in the middle of a conversation when I walked up. My drinks were wrong because the guy who took the order wasn't paying attention to the order. He didn't even stop the conversation to take the order. I completely felt like I was putting them out by being there trying to get a coffee.

Not enough staff for the line. Allowed someone to make call while there was a line of customers waiting!
I am forced to go to this SB due to early drop-off of my daughter at school and being on that side of town. On my way to work, I pre-order and go inside to pick up my mobile order. Sometimes it is ready, sometimes it is not, but I don't mind waiting a few minutes. Multiple times I will walk in and there is no acknowledgement by the staff. There are multiple customers standing around the front area, but no clear line(s), etc. Not one employee looked up from what they were doing to see if they could help someone, Welcome someone or let them know what line is to order, what line is for mobile pick-up and which counter the orders will come out of. The only smile or acknowledgement at all was the girl taking orders at the register. I finally received my mobile order after walking up and looking for my name on the filled cups. (I had multiple drinks). My food was not located, the girl at the register tied to help but did not specify whether it was still coming out, if she had found my food order, etc. I stood waiting with my drink carrier for 7 min's. I still had not been updated on my order. I left with drinks in hand, but not the food that I already paid for. Some smiles or acknowledgement to the customers would go a long way, people. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. I am a generous tipper, and although I did drop one in the tip jar, it was not earned by any means.
Everything's okay with Safeway if there wasn't so many that's on all the sandwiches and alcohol such as whiskeys and other spirits. Prices are getting inflated due to thefts on sandwiches and alcohol and some other things. Not just inflation there's price gouging to compensate their losses. They are truly friendly loving people being taken advantage of by homeless community.
Carmalized 911 was a good choice Merry Christmas.
Not a fan, never shop here, it's just in the Safeway where I shop.
