Very bad customer service... Like a motionless cold robot, the casher, Bailey, doesn’t even look at us when we place the order. In fact, I just finished reading “leading the Starbucks way” and was expecting a great service that the book brags about (since I rarely go to Starbucks). Only find myself extremely disappointed. Please, if you don’t love your work, don’t show up to your work and spread that negativity over the customers. definitely not meeting up to the standard :(
