ordered spaghetti $14. and 1/2 loaf pizza bread $6+. with a $6. delivery charge for going 6 blocks. was told the total was almost $40. I called back for close to an hour to check on the charges and was put on hold immediatly several times and hung up after 5 minutes each time. After over 50 minutes I spoke with someone who informed me that a very large order was received just after my order and they decided to prepare and delivery that order first. I canceled my order and was chastised by the totally rude person at Shasta Pizza. He, who was too busy to answer phones or prepare orders, took it upon himself to track down when the order was placed and informed me that I was a liar and it was only a little over 50 minutes since I had placed the order.. Is not 50 close to 60??. I was harassed and yelled at. I hung up on the extremely rude person.. I sincerely hope the owner of the business reads this and rectifies the situation. Mainly fire the rude, abusive, employee.
Not recommended because they don't take care of cleanliness and very unhygienic I ordered my pizza and I saw not even one worker using disposable gloves while making pizza I mean how much it will cost them to use disposable gloves while making pizza , Not gonna visit them again
Called at 9:10pm to place an order just to be told their closing early smh I've never order here before but heard good things lol that's out the window!!
Best in town by far!!!!! Never a bad pie. Always honest when it’s busy. Today being St Paddy’s and they did better than usual.
Best pizza joint in town, wonderful staff, amazing food very tasty no selfishness with toppings always on time. Best Buttermilk Ranch we've ever had.
Just found out about this place, ordered a mountain pizza/breadsticks and Im not disappointed at all! Definitely my new spot! Everyone was super friendly/extremely nice they didn't rush us to order, very personable, plus the food is de-lish! I'll be back...

So wrong just called was told which is no problemMinimum order is $20. But per lady said name is Karan when I asked when did this change. Her response is I will do the order to tired to argue.I asked a question then when I asked her name.She really got defensive. Last time I order from them.I have been customer forever.
