Compared to any other Pizza Place in Redding I found this Location to be best and if not probably the most cleanest. I ordered a Large half Maui Wowie Half King Arthur Supreme for take out last week and I was surprised by how much pizza and toppings you get. YUM! Between me and my roommate I don't think there were leftovers. It was so good I came back the next day to tell this friendly gentleman with the ponytail at the counter about it, I think his name was Hehzus? But yeah I will definitely will be coming here a lot more now.
Do not call this place when they are busy, they will send out raw pizza that is hastily thrown together at best and completely oversauced, so oversauced in fact that when you try to grab a slice everything slides right off the crust. I called in to let them know they sent me a raw pizza with way too much sauce. All they said was sorry, they did not offer to remake the pizza or even give me a coupon. $43.00 waste.??
Loved the service. The two employees who was working Sunday night between 7pm tell 9pm when I was there was amazing. The lady helped make sure I had the toppings I needed when I didn't know how to add them online. She checked in on us as we dine in. And the male who was working was a gentlment to customers who walked through the door as I was eating.Love the food!! Just maybe have less salt or items for people who can't intake lots of salt.I encourage the franchise owner or district manager to contact the chief of operations to speed up renovations. That's the one thing that deterred us from possibly dining in because of the outdated interior and many of it had holes and rips throughout the seats. I encourage if you're going to keep this location around for a long time to invest in good vinyl wood it's easier to keep clean and it won't get moldy or get any type of bugs. Redding CA is remodeling all fast food places to follow codes and help keep the place thriving.Please invest in our community and update your restaurant ? thanks for being here. Horrible customer service. Salad bar was nasty! I asked the cashier to add fresh lettuce, they said that was all they had. Then asked for a cup of cheese, she said they were out. Then when we ordered our drinks, their soda machine was down. So we had to purchase a bottle of soda. Just sad to see sooo many businesses going down hill. Also, sense when did they charge $1 for a cup of ranch? I just spent $55 on 2 salad, and a large pizza. Ugh frustrating. Dont waste your money or time.
Last time I ever order a pizza from roundtable. Ordered a medium king Arthur supreme very disappointed size looked like a small had to ask if it was a medium. Then the price 34.00 for a medium pizza ridicules. Never again!

Ordered a pizza at 430 pmIt is now 630pm..no delivery!!Call RT to ask if everything is ok..they deleted my order after I hung up..no call..nothing! Oh but hey....They will give me a 40% discount if I order again. Yea..no thanks..ill take my business somewhere else..pizza was going to be almost $40..bye bye RT..worst customer service ever
The salad bar was gross. Rotten beats and tomatoes. The pizza dough was not cooked.I gave them 2 stars because the manager gave me my money back when I brought it to his attention.However, I'll never go back because it's honestly food poisoning waiting to happen. No excuse.
I ordered a simple Large Pepperoni pizza over the phone, had to repeat my name then spell it to the order taker. they gave me the price and time to pick it up. 50 minutes later I entered the store and told the Manager my name. I was told we don't have a pizza for that name. after a few moments she said they have a pizza by someone else's name called at the time. I felt she accused me of the mistake. After the manager asked some of the employees she told me that they were having issues with the phones. so why did she make me feel like the one in the wrong. she finally gave me the pizza then rudely asked me if I wanted paper plates and peppers. She was by far the most inconsiderate manager I have ever encountered at Round table. I hope you read this before going to the eureka way round table. pizza was fine the customer service and management make you feel not welcome. I will go to a different round table in Redding for now on.
