Come here whenever I'm in Redding. Friendly, fast service, love that they use organic produce. Sometimes I think the balance of flavors - example ginger or lemon - can overwhelm drinks.
So I'm fresh from Austin, TX and if there's one thing I miss most it is the strong food culture. I've been in Redding now for a couple months and have come to love Roots! Their juices and smooths are some of the best I've ever tasted but they aren't for the faint of heart. If you're looking for something sugary, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you want an amazing blend of delicious and healthy, this is a great place where those things are married. The staff are fantastic, their service is fast, the environment is super chic while also very clean and tidy. Again, one of my favorite spots here in Redding :)

Taste great... makes me feel better. The kid workers are nice. My only 2 complaints are the dirty vent is REALLY nasty.. needs to be cleaned. And why in a clean feeling place is there hard rap music playing every time I walk in??
Every there was great! Recommend the teriyaki wrap with turkey great flavors.
I had the Hulk 24oz and man it was amazing. I had great energy and felt great for about 5 hours. The staff was really friendly as well!!
