This place is literally one of the best Mexican places in all of redding I've lived in redding all my life and literally been to every Mexican place from here to Chico its easy in the top 3 anyone who says there food is trash obviously has never had any Mexican food in there life I think its funny after reading all the reviews with 1 stars that people are expecting American food when they are ordering Mexican food

Really enjoyed the street tacos. The salsa station let's you experiment with multiple varieties of authentic salsas and sauces which are labeled for their heat level. Plus the pickled carrots add that extra texture and tang with the tacos. Muy rico!

It’s not often I leave a review on Google, but we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. Didn’t care much for the service either. No bueno.Edit: Thanks Taco Shop - Wife and I are both feeling sick with stomach aches. Question for you — How old was that meat on my torta?

Great food for a decent price. Beans were the best in the area. And they are open good hours especially Thursday-Saturday

We ordered online for pick up.Chips and salsa: Salsa? You mean Saltsa ?Veggie burrito: There was no description online but who gives someone a VEGGIE burrito without lettuce, sour cream, or guacamole lol. The tortilla was super hard too. Inedible, I threw it away.Chicken taco salad: This thing was so light I could have accidentally threw it over my shoulder. It was okay taste wise.Soda: Bro we ordered online and the soda was waiting for us when we got there. The main issue, we didn't pick what soda we wanted ?. A random container of liquid. Could have been grease.Overall: Burrito was literally nasty I couldn't eat it. Saltsa was inedible because it was so salty.

Truly haven't felt less welcomed in a place in a long time.We get there, order our food and are very polite. The girl at the register looked like she would rather speak to anybody but my friend and I who went in.Before we even finalized everything and walked away she spoke to somebody last in line "would you like some salsa?" to which I said "sure!" before realizing she wasn't even talking to me.Shortly after finding our table to sit down, I walked up to where she was and patiently waited to ask about the bathroom, because it was locked. The door stated "for customers only", so I figured a key was needed. Her response '" just cleaned it and wouldn't want you to 'you know'" to which I replied with a smile and "I understand!".While my friend sat and waited for the food I rushed across the street to use the restroom at a business I'm well known at. Rushed back, only to find my friend was there with our food bagged up.Not once were we asked "for here? Or to go?". By neglecting to ask us that, and just bagging our food up. It was well received that we weren't welcomed there. You can bet I'll never come back.Last little keynote. Try reading back to order to make sure you've understood everything the customer was saying. I've worked in restaurants and fast food. Sometimes you even have to pretend you don't hate your job.

I tried a crispy potato taco for the first time witch was flavorful and filling. Good prices

DISGUSTING. NASTY OLD MEAT!By a miracle I didn't get food poisoning from the meat. Old, smelly, nasty meat that if you are not drunk can taste how its gone bad.Do NOT go here if you don't want a stomach ache.

Great food, friendly services. Good daily specials.

Great place, parking is kind of a problem, but the food is worth it. I had the al pastor Street tacos, very tasty!
