Ordered through the app.Arrived in the drive through and they said they wouldn't have any sandwiches or tenders. Understandable.But then after I said I was a mobile order they would make more.Mind you it's over an hour from closing.Drive through was nice. But watching them for over 20 mins argue through the from the parking lot was interesting. Debating on eating this. I'll leave an update lol
Very, very skimpy dinner for a very hefty price!!!However, their biscuits and their coleslaw is far better than KFC's!!!
Lake Blvd is the most convenient location for me, but my mobile order is never ready when they say it will be. They basically don't make anything until you get there. I waited 20 minutes longer than pickup time for nuggets. The employees there do the best they can, but the corporation needs to change how pick-up is defined if they're gonna keep running things like this.
The chicken here really does taste like chicken. I don't know where they get their chickens from and I don't really care about chickens. The mashed potatoes are good but the chicken is better. I wonder if the chicken is from Louisiana...
Food was good and staff was really friendly, chicken was small though which isn't their fault it was just unfortunate. Gravy also had an overpowering taste of green chili's/ peppers.
We asked for no sauce on our chicken sandwich and they put extra sauce on it. We had to wait 10 mins for the girl to bring out out sodas, they had no mayo. Horrible service with no apologies at all. Also tried to charge us full price for a 3 piece chicken strip and fry and only give us 2 chickens..

Popeyes recipes are amazing but their portions are way less than promised. I asked an employee why my cartons were half full and she explained that that is what they have to do abs apologized. I’d that’s the case then be honest about it and advertise that on the menu. There is a reason the lines are short. My family of 4 is skinny and they still don’t get full from a 4 person portion
I love Popeyes. I think mainly because my 4 year old grandson loves Popeyes. The food is awesome. The employees are always friendly and my order is always correct. Can't get better than that.
Says open until 9. Pulled up in drive thru at 8:10 and they ignored every time I said hello. Then they shut the lights off and laughed and flipped us off as we drove by window.
