Staff was EXTREMELY helpful!!! I cannot do egg, tomato, or gluten and there are SO many GREAT options, even things that were not pizza!!! The staff had me come in to try the many great sauces to discover what they tasted like since I was not familiar with them. They made us a sauce plate!!! :). They were extremely thoughtful, kind and patient. Thank you Pizza Twist!!!
Based on the food this place would easily warrant a 4 or 5 star review. The customer service would be a 1 star or less. My order wasn't correct and the gentleman behind the counter was right on the edge of rude. When my order is the only one they have at the time you would expect them to be able to at least get all my order correct.
Every city I stay at for a long period of time, I tend to try to find a highly rated pizza joint to try. When in Redding with my family after a long road trip, that's exactly what I did with Pizza Twist.They're rated pretty highly on Google. And judging by their speciality options, I knew they were serious about their pizza. The prices weren't out of control either.I ended up going with half BBQ and half pepperoni (for my kids). Everyone loves it. The quality of the pizza was even better than I anticipated. Not super heavy and greasy and just excellent flavor all around. I was impressed.We ended up going large (one size below family size) and ended up regretting it. Not that it was small, but we could have eaten more because it was so good.The employees there were top notch too. They answered all the questions I had on the phone and let me know it'd be ready in 15-20 minutes. Perfect.Give this place a try if you're passing through or find yourself in Redding. And if you live in Redding? You're lucky to have this place be so close!
Some of the best vegan pizza I’ve had. The Manchurian vegan pizza was spicy and fresh including some fresh cilantro on top. The vegan tikka and ranch sauces on the side were nice too. There’s just a small dine in area which is ok to grab couple of slices before taking the rest home. The guy at the front seemed genuinely happy to see us enjoy the pizza. Will be stopping by more often!
Ordered for the first time today and oh my goodness they were delicious! Delivery was fast and they delivery person was very kind. Definitely recommend.
Very polite staff and excellent vegan options. I have the vegan chicken tikka masala pizza and it was delicious. The “chicken” is also very good. The pizza sauces are nut free if you’re looking for that, too. The “cheese” is Daiya.In short: highly recommend!
We had Bombay garlic chicken vegan pizza. So good! Probably the best vegan pizza we have had. Would give five stars but system won’t allow it since not fully vegan. Owner made recommendations, and even showed it to us before we left to make sure we were happy. They have more traditional pizzas also. One improvement I would suggest is for more consistent mask use, even when customers haven’t opened the door yet since Covid is airborne. If masks aren’t used all the time the virus is already in the air before you walk in. The first cashier we met was wearing it around his chin only, the owner had no mask, then he came to front wearing a bandanna. When we picked up, owner had no mask at all. I do hope this owner thrives, thanks so much for feeding us an excellent adaptation in pizza and having vegan options!
The butter chicken pizza was ?!! Not cheap, but quality ingredients. Not a sit down restaurant.
One of the best places for Desi Pizza in the area. The owner makes sure that they are using different gloves for veg toppings. Their crust is thinner than most other pizzas and was very good.
