Went to lunch with family, ordered. A burger med rare and it came very well done Sent it back and it took forever to re make it. My lunch was ruined and they could care less. Nothing else was offered and everyone else was finished by the time my burger was almost ready. I just cancelled it completely. What crappy service, and the mgr seemed not to care either. If you want your meal ruined, go there. I will never go back. Bad mgmt and training. Thanks for ruining my lunch.
Today I was an honorary guest cook on the chef's line @ Mosaic Restaurant! I can say that it was a very professional experience, and a clean atmosphere. Second time I've visited here, and this visit was from the inside.The kitchen staff, and serving staff is/are a fantastic group, and the food is very very good quality.In discussions from the back of the house, a few of the recommendations are:*The burger, yes the burger, it's impressive, I'm anxious to try it at a later time.*The pasta Carbonara, chef's recommendation, "I could eat this every day!"* And myself today I ordered the Duck, which was fantastically presented, as well as excellent in flavor. Even as a to go plate ?️.I don't generally write long winded reviews, but having worked in this kitchen today, I could not help but write it out.Thanks to the Mosaic crew for welcoming me into the kitchen, and thank you for the training and meal.Check this restaurant out it is high caliber, and high quality.
I ordered the steak salad to go for $24 and the steak was so tough you couldn’t cut with a knife! very disappointed as the description sounded yummy!! Maybe for $24 they should use a better cut of meat!
Nice spot for outdoor happy hour. Small and flavorful items and a few drink options. Good service and reasonable cost. Just sit down and enjoy.
Went here for dinner first (were staying at the hotel). Once we got past the poor skills of the hostess, who was implying we had to sit in the bar area since we had no reservations, it was great. We just had to 'push' her to see if we could sit at the tables (which were 90% empty). The bar area would not have worked since ALL the stools looked high and not designed for short people. Back to dinner though - had good pizza, and several exceptional cocktails, and the waiter had great service skills, so we had a good time. Returned for breakfast and the waitress was great too.
The food choice is small, but the taste is good. Dinner is somehow expensive. The location is good for people who are living in the Sundial bridge Sheraton hotel.
First time visitors to Mosaic Restaurant. We stopped in for breakfast on a Monday morning. When we walked in, there was only one other customer in the restaurant. We were seated and our server was prompt with our drink choices. I enjoyed the theme of the restaurant. It felt comfortable and modern, with just the right touch of warmth. Breakfast was good. Prices were probably average or a bit above average, for these times. I gave it five stars for the ambiance and service. There is patio dining available for those who wish. We would like to return for a dinner visit. As a special occasion type dinner.
Friendly Staff, delicious food and drinks. I had the salmon and our table shared a charcuterie board. The Love & Mezcal had a smoky flavor and was the perfect pour. The ambiance was very nice and love the design. Perfect for dates or group gatherings. I'm a local and will be back!
This fine dining restaurant is an amazing experience from the toned atmosphere of intimacy to the flavorful pallet of their amazing food. I recommend the Brussels as a starter and their classic Mosaic Burger with rosemary french fries. Every bite is better than the last. This is the second time coming to this restaurant after a visit to the Turtle Bay museum with my family and I highly recommend this fine dining establishment. They have a children's menu with crayons for your little ones so the whole family is included in the dining experience.
My husband and I went for breakfast on our day off together. Food is good, a little pricey but good for a splurge now and then. The staff is amazing! Great bartender and our server Reyna was amazing. Attentive and super friendly and funny. Will definitely go again!
