This is the worst location I've came across at all the locations, and I've been around the area for 10+ years. My husband and I had a horrible experience with the mobile ordering-- we ordered one single drink and when we got to the location, the app told us to go into the restaurant. My husband did, hoping to simple get a large drink cup that was ALREADY PAID FOR and was presumed to be hostile because he was tired and irritable after a 12 hour shift at work. It really should not have been a difficult exchange-- yet, he was promptly told to leave the restaurant and cancel his order because they refused to serve him. This was extremely upsetting to both my husband and I, so I placed a corporate complaint immediately after. However, I was reached out to one time and was asked who the manager was, and we did not get a chance to look at the nametag. I inquired if they could simply check cameras, because I knew the exact date and time of the occurrence. I never received a response, and we will refuse to give this restaurant our service in the future.
Been here more than once. They're consistently good
Went here on a Sunday night and it wasn’t busy at all. I asked them if they had a certain toy for my brother with disabilities. I was told, “I don’t know I just stand here and people hand me stuff. I literally don’t know”. And that’s the service they are giving at the Churn Creek McDonalds. Disappointing.
The rewards has great deals
Horrible service if you go inside to pick up food, they pretty much ignore you like you don't exist
There's no seating and wifi s trash and the people that are in there are the walking deadIt's illegal to use a Legal Name! #Legalnamefraud
Food is, as usual, very average. Employees were friendly and efficient.
Food wasn't to fresh. I expect better with higher prices and the 15 dollar an hour nonsense.
The staff made the difference! Food was fast and delish
Dried up, over cooked sausage patties and burned muffins. I don't go there as much anymore
