I ask for a quarter pounder BLT was given a quarter pounder with cheese. Explained at the window that I ordered a quarter pounder BLT. They said we don’t have it but for an extra $1.29 they would make it for me. They then charged me a$ 1.61 for a coke, I didn’t order a coke. When I went to ask about the $1.61 they told me it was tax. I said tax is only 7.25 in California and that would be about .09 cents not .32 cents. They then switched it to them doing me a favor by saying they didn’t charge me the extra $2.00 for the bacon they usually charged. If they had charged me what was being claimed as the correct amount the quarter pounder BLT would be $9.10. Now if they had simply said at the drive up window that a quarter pounder BLT id $9.10 I’d simply drive across the road to Burger King and get a burger with lettuce bacon and tomato there but no they lied then lied then lied yet again. Do yourself a favor and skip McDonald’s on Cypress and just go to Burger King. If anyone thinks this review over a few dollars is petty it’s not it’s about principle not price.

I have grown up always loving McDonald’s, but today when I went there it was a different experience. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a McDouble. I noticed that I felt a little sick soon after eating my meal. As the hours went on, I took a nap hoping it would ease my stomach pain, but it didn’t. I am now at the point where I have puked multiple times today, due to the food that was served there. I will not be coming back, nor will I ever eat at a McDonald’s again. Quite the horrible experience if you ask me.

Worst mcdonalds ive even seen. Managment is trash. Quality is trash. They will mess your order up no questions. If you have allergies avoid this one because they will just make it normal no matter how you tell them. Eddie the store manager needs to be fired
Pretty much my go-to McDonald's. They are always fast, and always fresh. I always use the mobile app, since that's where the best deals are. Never had a problem here.
The staff here in Drive Thru are always friendly and helpful. They rarely make mistakes with the orders, and when they do they are very apologetic and take care of the mistake. I love coming here for breakfast before work when I don't have time for something else, because I always get through in a timely manner and with good customer service.
This is a good mc donalds... food is prepared well...fast service ...they r busy alot but they handle it well
We have all been to bad fast food places. It is what it is. However, this McDonald's has proven to be professional, well managed and staffed very well. I'm writing this because I currently don't have a lot of money for food. I utilized the McDonald's deals app to save some money. While in a very busy drive-thru Liz walked me through using the app. She was very patient and very respectful. Perhaps she could sense my desperation, but I like to think she was just being nice and helpful. Give this lady some more money!
January, 2022, The lobby is closed, due to COVID and staffing shortage, so the drive thru is quite long.So I went next door to another fast food restraurant with a open lobby, serving breakfast, though out of Tater-Tots, trying breakfast food new to me, I realized why I like McDonalds so much.This other place, workers did not have headsets to talk to each other so they would just yell at each other. One worker cleaning the lobby, would yell at the other worker on the other side of the wall in the kitchen.McDonalds corporation invented fast food, creating a new industry; death by hamburger heart-attack, but i prefer to die in peace without all the yelling.
