Waited over an hour for food when it came it was cold. The staff was slow and the manager offered no solutions won’t ever go to this restaurant again!
Came in Saturday night and Craig at the bar was amazing. Great service and friendly atmosphere. I wish I could give this place 5 stars but in all honesty the food was no better than a one star restaurant. It was HORRIBLE and inedible. Maybe cooks are tired from a long day but I could not even eat my steak. I hate to send food back but I did. I pride in service over food quality, so 3 stars is fair. I would give this place another try only because Craig was awesome. Try at your own risk.
Of the many times we have tried to give this place a chance, there hasn't been a time I felt they gave a [email protected]#t.The servers roll their eyes, don't look presentable, and are extremely unprofessional.I get that the crowd here is a little more relaxed and here to drink but what about all the other customers?It's not asking a lot to get service with a smile and some politeness.The manager is looking like a chicken running around headless. The hostesses are whispering and laughing amongst themselves, without regard to the many, many people waiting. Even just coming in for a pick up order was a hassle and not really worth all the attitude I received from the staff.

We ordered two salads, waited an hour for them, and finally walked out. It was a loud, tacky place anyway.

I ordered their tri tip sandwich online for pick up. The sandwich was very tasty; the meat was excellent and the bread was fresh. The sandwich was a bit dry, I think the addition of some BBQ sauce might have been excellent, but I didn't think to ask for any on the side when picking up my order, and I'm glad they didn't add any when making the sandwich as it would have made the sandwich soggy.The order also came with a large serving of french fries, which were very good. They also included two biscuits with butter, which were very tasty as well.The online service for the restaurant was fine, with text and email updates on the order. The only downside I had was the estimated time for the order was almost an hour. I arrived about 45 minutes after placing my order and the restaurant itself was not very busy. When I inquired about my order, they went to check and it was ready. Not sure if nobody marked that it was ready online, or if it was just good timing and was ready right as I arrived. Either way it was still some great food and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
I went about 4:30 for dinner time and was seated very quickly. The waitress was really friendly and brought the bread, drinks, and appetizer right away. The dinner was brought about 20 minutes later and the food overall was good. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a good experience and food
First of Craig the server you my friend are awesome the cooks made great food i was falling in love with each bite of the steak was so juicy and the flavors were melting my taste buds the bread was like a fluffy cloud on steroids. service was the best i had in years
