After seeing ads of the opening I was excited to try this place and I was looking forward to bringing family from our of town here.The place is colorful and grabs your attention. The location is great. There was a vast selection. That is where my sweet experience turned sour.There were no visible English menus so I had no idea what I was looking at nor what it cost, as that was not posted either. There was a decent crowd as I would expect on an early Saturday afternoon with all the recent advertisement. With only one employee visible and each person having several inquiries to make before making a selection it made service incredibly slow.Unfortunately I left without making a purchase.
Had a great experience and delicious treats. Several places for selfies. Son enjoyed Doritos fully loaded with hot sauce,cheese and jalapenos.
This was a great and fun place to eat and relax. The staff is amazing!
Man I was excited to try this place, I walked into one employee trying to fill out this massive order. We waited about 10 minutes watching the single worker struggle before giving up and just leaving. Maybe next time!
So much to choose from, even warm goodies like nachos and more. Very nice employees! Definitely going back
Well i am very disappointed. La Michoacana's is new in town and I was stoked to check the place out mainly because i love ice cream and the Ice cream parlor looked beyond cool it grabs your attention both from the street driving by and from across the parking lot with its bright colors and cool lights. it looked like a very fun place to get some ice cream my first impressions didn't disappoint when i walked in the door i was overwhelmed by all the choices although the first problem for me was that all the menus are in spanish only which for me was a problem since i don't speak spanish but that was okay because everything had big bright pictures the one thing that was missing was the prices and let me tell you after my experience tonight that proved to be a huge issue. so there was so many choices and i had never really heard of any of them so i chose the picture on the wall that caught my attention the most from the moment i walked in and it was the strawberry's with creme "fresas con crema" which ended up being nothing more than a extremely overpriced cup of sliced strawberry's in some yogurt crème sauce. and when i say EXTREMELY OVERPRICED i mean it. my girlfriend got the small i got the regular and our total was $17.18 had i of known the price beforehand i never would have ordered it especially because it was literally a cup of sweet sliced strawberry's that weren't even ripe! i am extremely disappointed when i got in the car i realized how much i had just been charged and thought there must be a mistake so i called and nope that was the price the reg. was $9 something and the small was $7 something. what a rip off i didn't even finish half of the half green strawberry's. guess its my fault i better learn spanish if i wasnt to order from that place again!
A unique Spanish twist on ice cream. Great assortment of flavors I had a waffle cone with pistachio and coconut, very delicious. Thank you for the kind service and I'll be back again sometime.
This place is amazing. The second we walked in the greeted us and were there for any question we had. The price for the ice cream and drinks was pretty reasonable, and the staff is super nice.
