Gonna have to give it up for Jordan yesterday. I called before going in, and he was very helpful, very cordial, and very polite.I've worked at Jack in the Box, and I've visited there too. Not many people are "happy" to be there, but when you come across one, the interaction is very pleasant and leaves a good memory in your mind.Thank you, Jordan for your outstanding service yesterday. That Buttery Jack was absolutely killer!

It would really be nice if people would take the time to take pride in their job and there were base it makes me nervous to see how these people nowadays work ethics are it seems like they just barely goodbye because of California's minimum wage nobody wants to go out of their way and do anything including sir fast food which is better than a buck nothing an hour

The wait was awful. I ordered inside and waited about 30 minutes for my food. I don't know if they were short staffed or just focused on serving the drive-thru customers. There were other people inside waiting for their food too and one person was waiting for almost 15 minutes to order food and ended up walking out. I will not return to this place ever again.

I'm starting out with the negative unfortunately. 23 minutes in the drive-thru. A little long when you only get 30 minutes for lunch. The good. The burger and fries where fresh and it looked good. Not just slapped together.

Thank you for staying open. I buy the scrambled eggs for my duck. The costs have gone up from .55 cent per egg at this location though.Jack! I am hoping that you create a meatless burger like the "Impossible Burger". You can do it! =]

Donna is a gem! Great customer service and extremely personable. She made my morning! Sweet, Professional, Courteous and Kind! She's a keeper!!!

This location is always rough. The staff are friendly and the food is like it is at any Jack in the Box but it always seems to be very slow and the staff disorganized.The most recent example was that I watched a cashier, watch another employee pouring drinks while there was a line at the unstaffed counter. Customers that she could have been helping.

Got my app order wrong, wasn't able to go right back in and when I reached out to them, I was told I would be contacted. Haven't heard a thing after 3 days. A simple sorry, we messed up was all I was looking for, but I've heard nothing.I still like their food and the staff was friendly.

Been sitting in the drive thru for aver half hour waiting on our order. No one greeted us at the window, and whoever came to take the payment disappeared in the back and has been missing for 30 minutes. Not sure what's going on, but Everytime I come here the wait gets longer and longer. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Will not be returning to this particular location.

Now I like jack. The grilled chicken breast are the best and the egg rolls as well. Problem; last time I was there they put the chicken in a bag instead of the plastic bowl. The chicken fell out the sealed end and made a mess.
