We each order a single waffle. No meat. The bill came to $25.72. This is not an error. Asked the waitress about the price she said.that was the new price. We are never going back.
Nice menu. Small, but more variety than most "american cafe" chains. Food was exactly as expected, hash browns were much tastier than other places (most places the hash browns taste bland and neutral until you put stuff on them). Even the omelette was made with the superior 3-fold style (making it look like a huge egg-wrapped burrito) instead of the traditional half-circle foldover.Friendly and helpful staff with fairly quick service. Definitely want to go back and try the lunches.My only complaint was: while everything else is reasonably priced, a single waffle by itself would've been $11.99. $12 for just a waffle at a place offering all-you-can-eat pancakes for $5.99 is ABSOLUTELY INSANE!
Our server Charles was extremely nice tonight. Took the time to listen and was extremely prompt. It’s nice to see friendly people in food service when most servers are just grouchy. Great job Charles.
I had this on 3 stars before, but they seem to have shaken out the staffing problems. They do have the sweetest, kindest people there! The food was good, the breakfast cook seems on his game!
Service was great...we were greater immediately...and it wasn't overly busy...food was awesome was not expecting such large portions so be hungry when you arrive..only recommendations for the restaurant is up the lighting a few more watts..it was a bit gloom but cozy.
I ordered ahead got there far before it was supposed to be ready. When I got there a waitress was outside smoking and instantly told me she had no change and was going to be in once she was done "jacking her cigarette". I got inside and my food wasn't under the heat lamp and was sitting open on the counter. The chef didn't say anything. The waitress came in and it took her 15 minutes to bag my stuff and she had to go get more cups. When I got home my eggs were raw, everything was cold and my toast wasn't buttered. I am so angry.
Took about 20 minutes to get seated on a late Sunday breakfast. Service and food were good... Price was great... We hung around talking and nobody tried to shuffle us out before we were done.
I can't remember her name but the waitress here with the ponytail was very professional and friendly definitely will be coming back
The food is completely overrated! Their portions are ridiculous and nothing like the pictures that they show and nothing like the menu. It is slow in there, and the staffing waitresses are not very polite nor are they very attentive. I will not recommend I hot my wife and I will never return. We went one time cuz we've never been I'm 44 years old and lived right all my life, we finally tried IHOP and it was absolutely terrible and disappointed.
Worst food in town! Service was lousy, the manager sat in the backroom eating while customers were waiting for coffee to be served. My husband's sandwich had sour tomatoes and only had meat on half of it, we sent it back and it came back with no tomatoes and once again meat only on half!Also the place was filthy! Food on the floors, multiple tables needed bussing, my husband walked to the bathroom and glanced in the kitchen and wanted to leave asap!
