If you like being waited on by a miserable, over weight, pissed off, jerk, for mediocre food at higher prices, then this place is for you. Any other choice is better for you.
Definitely not BBQ. Chewy and absolutely smothered in sauce. No smoke ring. Its warmed up or cooked on a grill.
Not impressed! I got pulled pork and tri-tip neither one tasted smoked. The pulled pork tasted like crock pot pork roast. Disappointed! Won’t be back.

This is the hole in the wall smoke house you've been looking for.It has no ambience, unless you count all the dollar bills people have stuck to the walls over the years. They are stained brown with years of smoke imbued into them. They stand testament to the daily ritual of smoked ribs and chicken that come from the kitchen.I took a chance on Fat Daddy's on Lake Day. Bunch of friends out on a boat. I ordered the 10 peice chicken and 2 racks of ribs.I picked them up from a crew who looked like they'd been there since 4 am smoking the meat.And the meat! Perfectly fall-off-the -bone chicken, excellent smoke flavor without being overpowering, and the chicken was still moist, a neat trick after cooking something for hours. The ribs pulled freely from the bone without disintegrating into mush, the sweet spot between super tender and just enough chew to be fun. Again, well smoked but still subtle enough to taste the actual pork.Finally, the sauce itself: full flavored, bold but not rude, allowing the meat to shine through. It coated the meat with a thin glaze, not a gloppy goo that sticks like mayonnaise.These people NAILED it.Highly recommended.Note* I only ordered meat, no sides, so I can't speak to those.
We decided to return and grab some more bbq food. The website says they close at 8. When you call, it says they close at 8. So we made the 20ish minute drive to arrive and find out they were closed at 6:00. I'm not sure either this is common practice with this restaurant, but we will not return.

I use to come here when I worked for the Marine recruiters in town. I go back every time I’m in town. Just as good as it was back in the day. Amazing staff!!

Very nice, name on the receipt says Mike, got on June 11th at 3.22pm, I was slow doing the online deal.He was busy with customers and when slowed down served me in the car as a had a sleeping baby and never had to get out, excellent burgers.
