I feel like this chain requires their employees to ask you at least 3 questions and compliment you at least once.Feels like very fake interaction, also there are a lot of people that just don't want to have a conversation until after their coffee.But at least they are timely and have lots of convenient locations, even though I'm sure their coffee makes my stomach upset

They call themselves a coffee shop but don't sell coffee only the frilly sugary monstrosities with a sit if espresso. When I asked for coffee the 19 year old over zealous employee looked at me as if I was from outer space as she said..\\\"huh?\\\" They offered me an Americano but that's just not the same.

The one on churn creek by groceries outlet is the best and very nice to customers. not the one by hartnell there staff are rude dont care!
I love how DB promotes and donates so much to the community non-profits. They give AND they have awesome drinks! My fav? The sugar-free Strawberry Italian Soda! See it isn't all coffee! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!
