I love their tacos absolutely amazing however my order was wrong the first time I had to return it. Then when they called for me the gentleman called me an old lady with gray hair I think that that was very unprofessional and inappropriate who made me feel ancient when I'm only 48 and I have blond hair with purple stripes not gray hair! It made me feel like you want a big girl walked up to the window they should have said the fat girl it made me feel bad about myself the people working there should learn to have more appropriate descriptions of people and then when she did get my food fixed she handed it to me and slammed the window in my face without saying thank you or anything felt they were extremely rude!
Their ice cream is special.They have soft serve ice cream, and you can order a ton of different flavors.The flavors are swirled in with a flavored syrup.The only other place I can think of in town who has that kind of ice cream is Water Works Park.
Fresh food and friendly workers. The burgers are juicy and well constructed and the fries are hot and fresh and seasoned properly. Low key but great grub. Wish we were lucky enough to have a Dude's in every city.
Dudes is an awesome place to eat, and it’s always flavorful. However…the last few times I have been through their line, my order has been incorrect and I’ve had to go back to get it fixed. Most recent, I heard another customer had some things missing. I don’t know if it’s the constant new employees coming in with lack of training, but if you’re going to ask for a tip before I receive my food, please ensure all of it is there and correct. My last order I was told to park and wait for a Pastrami Burger, and they’d bring it to my truck. Waited approx 47 minutes, in that time my wife’s root beer was found to have more foam than liquid. After 20 minutes in my truck, I waited at exterior window to ask about status of my wife’s burger. Waited another 10-15 minutes. No employees asked if I’d been helped yet and completely ignored me while I watched the cooks make multiple other burgers and look at the plethora of wrapped burgers like they were confused. So I went inside to see if that would change so I can ask a worker. After 5 minutes an employee opened the exterior walk up window I was previously standing at and yelled “pastrami burger”. I assumed it was mine since that’s what I was waiting for. Employee who took my money who wasn’t, just standing around looking panicked, didn’t speak up and say “he’s right there” or even maybe another employee who kept taking smoke breaks walk it to my truck since they kept going outside anyways. After all that, paid about $45 for a medium shake, 2 large fries, bacon cheeseburger, and a pastrami burger. Except for the new burger I was waiting for, all my food was now cold and almost inedible. Perhaps if I had waited at the drive up window instead of parking, there would have been a sense of urgency.
Stopped in for a quick burger, fries and shakes today! Bam! Awesome burger & fries were smokin, and handmade shakes are a meal in itself! Never had a bad burger or service here! Family owned operated, do yourself a favor and have a shake with that burger!

Delicious shakes. Yummy and filling meals. Fresh taste. Cool ambiance and local history. Staff was great ? definitely worth it.
Awesome old-school diner. Deluxe burger w/ pepperjack cheese, onion rings with fry sauce and the super dog - it was excellent. And I didn't wait long at all. Definitely coming back!
Great food, good service. All the employees are very friendly ! If you want a good hand made burger - this is the place !
The food here is good but the last 3 times I have gone to Dudes my order has been wrong. Today I ordered 4 burgers for my family and the total came out to $50 which is $20 more than it is supposed to be and they forgot my kids cheeseburgers and fries. I always give a second chance but this was the third time in a row my order has been wrong. Also upgrade the ordering intercom its terrible.
