Surprisingly this one has dine-in option. We were one hundred percent satisfied with the food quality(super hot) and the customer service.I highly recommend this place.
Ordered thin crust pizza ? pie cut... Theyburnt it and chopped it into pieces the size of saltines, then refused to remake it because the cut doesn't affect the quality... In short, No pizza, and no refund! They kept the money, the tip, and the pizza because I prepaid online for curbside pick-up. It was $13.00 which isn't that much, but it is the principle of getting what you paid for that chaps my arse!
I've been ordering regularly from this Dominos for the last 5 years, and I've never had an order go wrong or a driver too late. Any time I do carryout the staff are friendly and quick. Redding Cypress Domino's, you all do a great job and I hope you know you make a lot of people's nights, and you have made a lot of mine!
I truly appreciate the managers in this business. They know that my German Shepherd is a registered PSD /ESA , and they never say anything about it. Even when she did what she is trained to do and got up in my lap when my anxiety was setting in.Nobody said anything. And , one server asked if I was OK.That's why I love this little pizza place. Oh, and the foods great too!!!!
Great customer service. Was not rushing me and we laughed at a few jokes while I placed delivery order over a call. Also, ordered online and it said no delivery to my address, I called and guy said no worries. Always double check ✔✅
The pizza was so hot and fresh and they brought it right to our car . Pretty dang good and great price when you order online
I guess it depends on the person making your pizza. I have had great pizzas and I have had terrible ones. They have always made up for it by giving a new one so...
Did an online order, waited until the time specified. Order was marked for pickup. Go to pick it up and I get told that they had to remake something. Didn't walk out with my food for another 20 minutes after it was marked ready and didn't get a word said to me aside from the statement that they were remaking something.
