Good food, fantastic atmosphere, nice location. This place is such a gem. The coffee is wonderful and there is a very adorable cafe attached. The boysenberry syrup is tasty.
A bit of a wait and prices were a little high, overall tasted good and staff was friendly! $18 for a sandwich and side of ranch
Our waitress, Annie, was hands down the best part of the meal. She was so sweet, so considerate, and made the experience worth while. She was amazing at her job. The world needs more women like her ?. Good was good too?
Sometimes the wait is long but the food is so worth it! Everytime we have been here, the food, whether breakfast or lunch has been amazing! The wait staff is always great but this time we had Heather. She is the best waitress we have ever had in our many years of dining out. Heather went the extra mile to make our visit more than a meal, it was a dining experience! If there were more than 5 stars we would give them more!
You will find yourself becoming one with your bar stool or at your table before you get a cocktail. The female bartender will be BS ing at the other end of the bar. Food is just ok, limited portions, Fern bar style, slow, and dated. Expect a high tab.
The ambience is quaint with high backed booths giving privacy but sacrifices some of the grand openness of the old building.The food was wonderful and hearty. This is not the place for light fair. You will leave full and satisfied well past lunch.The staff were a bit frazzled and some mistakes were made with orders but they were quickly and politely corrected to everyone's satisfaction. We chalked it up to the rush and suspect it was the exception instead of the rule.We left Feeling happy with our experience.
We arrived about 9:30 AM and there was a 20-minute wait. We waited about 10 minutes and had a table (good start). There is a coffee bar that has a wide variety of coffees. We order our meals and all though they were very busy the meals came within a few minutes. the omelets are great. The portions are large. We had the home fries!
The most recognizable experience was the great customer service. All of the staff were friendly. Our server Lauren B. was absolutely amazing! She was on point with take good care of us. She was very attentive with making sure our coffee and water was filled and to frequently check how we were doing. I had the Country Fried Steak and Eggs w/ side of biscuit. Portions were decent Biscuit was a bit on the dry side. Next time I’ll try the pancakes. The restaurant seemed clean and organized. I recommend going here for brunch with the family! Keep up the great work.
This might be my favorite breakfast spot in Redding. With a beautiful and luxurious feel, the tall comfortable booths offer privacy and ample space to enjoy the delicious array of satisfying food choices. My guest really enjoyed the Deja Scramble and I loved the Vegan Scramble (pictured). Our server Lauren was great and always quick to provide for our every need. THE Coffee is FANTASTIC. Overall this gem is at the top of my Sunday morning list.
Waitress was friendly and informative. I took her suggestion and had the Garden Omelet. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Looking for a place to try for breakfast, I recommend Deja Vu...or did I already say that?
