Damburger is the best In town, a great family atmosphere, with lots of history in this town & our family....

A simple burger for a road trip on I-5. After 5+ hours on the road, this little hole in the wall really hit the spot.I got the Damburger with no onions, so only lettuce and mustard inside. The patty was very thin and flavorful! The burger bun is very similar to In-N-Out's style of bread. The fries are a similar style to McDonald's, but I personally think Damburger's are better. They are very lightly salted, so if you prefer salty fries, you should ask for more. The staff was really friendly and made sure all customers were social distancing outside. There are no customers allowed inside the store, but there is outdoor seating if you are comfortable. Two burgers and mega fries only took about 5 minutes! Super quick and perfect for a road trip. Also keep in mind, there is no public bathroom here!

Damburger may be a small locally owned business, but don't let that fool you. For, what it doesn't have in numbers like many Nation Wide and Global Fast Food Chains it sure makes up for it in quality ten fold. The service is excellent, especially the staff who remember customers and what they typically order. There's also options regarding if you want to sit inside with AC or outside with provided shade while you eat your meal. The fries are easily some of the best I've had from any Fast Food Chain. Period. They also have Fry Sauce which is a massive plus! I'm also particularly fond of their "Original" Double Damburger with American Cheese (the "Original" is Mustard, Lettuce & Onions).

Not at all impressed, very dirty, no signs as to how or where to order, they took our order finally after we went to a window, they forgot my husband's shake and my pop, there wasn't a collar to put on the shake cup and the girl got shake all over the cup and mixer, then she used napkins to wipe off our cup and the area was gross. We won't be back........

While the burger and frys tasted fine.... what I did not like was that if you wanted a side of something it costs... everywhere else I have eaten, it tends to be free. i.e. ranch for the frys If I was in Redding again, would I go back? not really. What I had was not 'special' enough to bother.

Good food for a good price! We will definitely be back! The burgers, dogs and fries were yummy. Served hot and fresh. I was also pleased to find a customer restroom!

We had such a great experience. The guy serving us was so nice and polite, he gave us great recommendations too. I think he could tell we were visiting and had never been there ;). I had the Dam Burger (original) and my partner had the beyond beef burger. We split some fries and had a pop. It was so tasty!

Grew up in Shasta County and this is one of the 'old time' great places to grab a burger. If you're into "Designer Burgers' go spend your paycheck at a fancy joint. This is down-home good food and I'm so glad they are still here to give us a great meal from the past. Thank you, Dam Burger for your warm hospitality (ALWAYS) and you are most definitely worth the drive from Shingletown!

Wanted to try this landmark burger house. Paper thin patty and average add ons dropped this to 1 star. They get 2, because of really good service.

Best burger joint in town no other burger place puts the care and love in there burgers like Dam burgers I think I could go for a dam burger..How bout you.
