We had a great experience at the redding DQ, absolutely will be back
Purchased 3 items two of which were not for me. Once I was home i handed out the items to find that one was non edible. Called to have item fixed or swapped for equal value and was met with such a negative response. I would just like my order to be made correctly is all. No customer service at this store.
It would be nice if you would correct the menu with the correct dip flavors that you offer for dipped cones.
Very lazy workers. They always stop taking customers orders before they close so that they can keep getting paid without having to do the work. They have literally parked a truck sideways in the drive thru to stop customers from coming in over an hour before they close.
28 $ for lunch for 2 adults one kid and only one drink. The burgers were not good none like them. No gravy for chicken strip.85 cents for ranch dressing.We won't go back. Thus was the 3rd time this store didn't have gravy for chicken.
Excellent service in drive-thru, clean, prompt, and helpful. I thank you for the Dairy Queen delicious treat.
nostalgic and great atmosphere
Dairy Queen is a treat as always! This facility was clean and friendly. Chicken tenders and onion rings were delicious. I really appreciate the large bbq sauce packs that they have, they are about 2 times bigger than McD. I also got a m&m and Oreo blizzard, it’s my go to. Thanks for the food and Ice cream Mr. Buffett.
None of the employees were wearing gloves. This place is definitely not up to health code standards
Haven't been here in a while, the shakes are crazy :) Took my brother Mike and treated him to lunch :) What is important is to love your family first and be happy in life :)
