Had an awful experience. No menus when we're seated. Waited almost 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. She asked what we wanted to order so we had to point out we had no menus to know what we wanted. We ordered an appetizer that came after we had already eaten the rest of our food. We're told our sushi rolls came with soup but never got it. Awful service. Had to ask for basic items like plates and napkins multiple times. Will never go back. They ruined my husband's father's day evening.
buffet is excellent! pick your veggies meats n oils - hand to chef and watch him on the open grill.Sushi Deliciousness Too

This was best dining experience I'd had in a long time. Prices were perfectly reasonable, menu was awash in options, food was most satisfying, and the staff actually seem to give a damn about regulations. All around I had a pleasant experience that I hope to recapture when I visit again.
We really liked the options for the Mongolian Grill, and the Sushi. All the food was good. (except the spicy edamame, it was too salty). The employees were friendly and service was reasonable given that they were understaffed.
Well...they didn't get our sushi order correct. We decided to try it anyway.It was pretty good. Darn good.Good enough that will will come back to try the Grill side, Mongolian BBQ.Also we ordered Japanese Gyoza...Didn't arrive until a good 10 minutes after we had completed our spicy tuna rolls.....and they were cold inside!!!!We understand the times but the service was very slow... unfortunately.
The sushi was good, I just didn't really care for the cafeteria vibe the place gave of. Everyone working was very nice and professional
Sushi at Coco Mongolian Grill is really good. Maybe I should try some other places for comparison, yet might just keep going for those Toyota Rolls
I came in at 8:45 like a jerk and they had mostly everything Cleaned up and put away, they still welcomed us in and got the grill going again! The food was AMAZING! Service was kind and nice, and it’s one of my favorite restaurants:)
