place was dirty, crap all over the floors, tables, had to clean off a table to eat there, food was only ok i will never go back there its a dump. talk to the manager, excuse was we are under staffed. asked her why she wasn't helping out, cricketts

Arrived to have lunch at the restaurant in Redding. Found the doors locked and signs on the door that they were only accepting online orders. Ordered from the website. At pickup time, doors still locked and one person seen making orders. Waited several minutes for a crew member to slowly walk to the door to inquire on my purpose. He then had to walk back into the restaurant, collect my order and bring it to the door. Seems very inefficient and it doesn't help the crew member seemed put out to be doing this. Chipotle needs to rethink how they manage order pickup when the dining room is closed.
Unfortunately this is one of the worst chipotle’s I have been too. The staff doesnt communicate. The manager is rude. They literally dont pay attention to your orders. They have put the wrong toppings on in front of me, the dont cook chips all the way. Redding Ca needs to up the hospitality game
One of the worst chipotle in the country I'd wager.Just do yourself a favor don't come here.Even the chips are messed up. Some soggy, some burnt, oily as hell.
Had to re-fold my own burrito taste disgusting don’t ever come to chipotle in Reading my wife told me not to come here I should have believed her bad costumer service mean.!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE
Consistently getting orders with the wrong ingredients or extremely small portions. Tonight I got a bowl that was less than half way full, 1/4 of it was sour cream, 1/4 of it was quac and the “extra” rice, beans and chicken made of the other “half” of the bowl. I took one bite and it was disgusting. Never lets me down as the worst chipotle Ive ever been to.
Went to this location for the first time tonight since moving to Redding. Given that most service industry places are short staffed as was this location tonight there were two employees at the front (Joanna and I didn’t get the other persons name) hustling to get people their food as quickly as possible. Joanna gave great customer service as well as the other person working the register (sorry I didn’t get her name) even with them being very busy and short staffed.
Pretty standard. Polite amd helpful staff. Awesome cajun fries
I ordered a chicken burrito. I got a tiny, cold, little roll of chicken and a $2.85 pile of guac in giant tortilla. It was awful. Totally disappointing. My friend's order was not much better. I have tried to call but there is no answer.
