I miss the old owners. Or the new owners employees need to be fired. Worst food I’ve EVER gotten from there. I used to love going there and now I’ll never go again. Very disappointed. Super oily food, wings had little to no flavor. Paid for extra sauce and never got it.
This place is well worth the money, incredible service from incredible people. The food is true to form southern comfort food, and boy does it hit the spot just right. Great portions, great taste, highly recommend.
Chicken was tasty, fries are cooked just right. This place did not disappoint. Staff was super friendly ! Would definitely come here again. Highly recommend !!
Yum!!!! Went on a lunch date with the hubby, & The Chicken Shack did not disappoint! The mother clucker sandwich & disco fries were amazing!! Their gravy has a nice slight spice to it, & the fries are deliciously seasoned & crispy. I think the disco fries are going to be my new guilty pleasure.
Chicken is always ?!!! Tried something different and it was amazing. Had deep fried Brussel sprouts they had parmasan cheese on top with real bacon ? bits so good. Then had deep fried pickels also so good.
Generous portion salad but chicken is a bit dry. Nevertheless a good lunch option.
Don't even know where to start this was such a disappointing experience. We decided to give them another chance after a very mediocre meal last time. To start off $10.50 for a chicken sandwich is steep. Especially when all you get is a sandwich and there are tons of places in town that make a killer chicken sandwich meal for less than 10 bucks. The menu advertises 2 jumbo tenders on each sandwich so you hope it will atleast be filling for the price. Got home to find the sandwiches seriously lacking in chicken. I had a single strip on mine and the piece of chicken on my poor husband's was half the size of mine. Then we got the fried pickles. Tiny serving,half fried (still tasted the raw flour) and laying in grease. Not crispy at all. My recommendation is to spend your money elsewhere for a betteeal and value.
I placed an order here through Doordash. When the driver delivered my food, she let me know that she went ahead and paid for the extra items because it was just 75 cents. I didn't order extra items. They charged me 75 cents because I requested extra pickles and sauce on a sandwich. Very classy, Chicken Shack. We used to order there often. But we won't be anymore. That's so trashy, I have no words.
Ordered chicken tenders with Cajun dry rub. They have me plain chicken tenders with a side of dry rub. Am I supposed to season my own dry chicken?
