We had a party of 22 people and the service was AMAZING!!! Food was on point and drinks were perfect. Can't say enough good things about them!! If you haven't tried them yet, you really should!! Bonus points, my daughter left her purse, we didn't notice until after 9PM called and one gentleman was still there. He couldn't find it at first but then called back 10 min later and said he located it and would wait for me to come up and get it 5 ?

NEVER AGAIN! This is the third try to get food through Entree-Express.net from CASA RAMOS, REDDING. Spoke with a female stating she was the manager and a male, the second time who stated HE was the manager? Yes, we were refunded for our order, NOT good as we were promised our meal would be right along. At 9:35 tried calling for the the fourth time, just rang, rang, rang, NO ANSWER. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH CASA RAMOS, THEY DO NOT KEEP A PROMISE OF GOOD FOOD WITH ORDER COMPLETE. I AM GLUTEN FREE AND HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO CILANTRO, WHICH I CLEARLY STATE AT TIME OF ORDERING,falls on DEAF EARS, ORDER IS LOADED WITH CILANTRO, TOO MUCH RICE, WHEN ORDER STATED NO RICE, DOUBLE BEANS, NO BEANS? Ordered fajitas to go. Got home to find that they didnt give me any of the sides, no cheese, no sour cream no nothing! The meat was extremely greasy. They have always been a favorite of mine. I even tipped on my To go order. Called and spoke to Elizabeth who could of cared less. She stated "Oh sorry we forgot". I guess maybe some day I will just forget to tip.
Extremely friendly. I ordered take out and was offered option of waiting at front or a bat table. Is the only place in town I know of with deep fried ice cream & the fish tacos were good.
I have been here a few times and mostly it’s a great Mexican food restaurant 1in 5 times my meal was only ok but the other times were good the staff is always good so no qualms with service maybe the chef had an off day
Great wait staff and a very well prepared and presented lunch. Chips were fresh and warm and our margaritas were mixed well and strong.
We chose to have dinner here as the granddaughters birthday party was going on at Chuck E Cheese across the street.We sat at the bar and we were greeted by a very sweet bartender, Jackie. Jackie did an amazing job, from making of delicious margaritas, great conversations and serving our food!We had the carbon tacos, both chicken and steak, they were amazing! We had chips and salsa and shared a 3 taco plate. Absolutely fantastic and filling!
This is your average American Mexican food, the flavor of the food was good, the portions were a good size to fill you up, but the kids meals were a joke... do not order the burrito from the kids meal, it literally is a tortilla swimming in beans, not even closed.
