We have ordered from them twice. Both times food was burnt and over cooked. Cheese dip is gross. Won't be eating here again. Big waste of money.
friendly fast service and great pretzels
I love a good soft pretzel personally. The cinnamon sugar is okay; the sweet almond is actually a better pretzel in my opinion. Usually, we grab pretzel bites when we walk through the mall. Nice and comforting snack.

Their pretzels are basically bread twisted into a pretzel horrible taste horrible attitude really really just downright gross food and not to mention expensive as hell and never order online because they will forget everything
Customer service was good. However, the person that took my husband's order obviously did not listen at all. He ordered a plain pretzel with cheese and a diet coke, but instead was given a salted pretzel with cold cheese and a cherry coke.
Was told I needed to wait 10 minutes while they made the pretzels i ordered, after 20 minutes went and asked how much longer. The girl behind the counter said she was to busy to make the pretzels and she could refund me. The lady was extremely RUDE.
