In the past 10 days we've ordered twice from WingStop for delivery. They use Door dash for delivery service. Both times we were missing items we ordered. Because we didn't order THROUGH Door Dash, we can't seem to get reimbursed. The phone number provided to Wing Stop is NEVER answered!! I have filled out the email complaint online, requested a refund. Neither email was answered. We're out around $20. Won't be ordering from them EVER AGAIN. If they use Door Dash, their site should direct you to Door Dash site. With Door Dash, we are always taken care of if there is a problem with the order.Wing Stop is operating pretty sketchy business at this location.
So unprofessional !! As I was waiting for my order male cashier gets distracted in getting customers instagram and is to worried spitting game while he has a line waiting for there orders! gives my order to wrong person has me waiting another 20min and still can’t get it right. This is so ridicules man

Waited an hour and half for an order that was supposed to be ready in 16-21 minutes. They rejected walk-in orders and wouldn’t pick up the phone. Guy really really tried to ask everyone who was going to pick up there orders if the were at the right location. One guy wasn’t doing anything at all. To finish off some items were missing from my order.
The service was excellent and the wings delicious. Also, great specials.

It was quick service on a friday night considering I didn't order ahead. The person taking the orders was very nice and took the time to confirm order!!
Horrible service. They stop cooking bone in wings early on several occasions. They're rude with people all the time. Never fails. This location is definitely horrible.
Worst wingstop location I've ever been too. No garlic on my garlic Parm wings, barely any Louisiana rub, and no seasoning on my fries. How do u forget to put the right seasonings on everything.
Wings are good. Korean BBQ! So are the Cajun fries!
