They dont deserve a rating! Make this short !! Buyers beware, and check your order before you leave! Ordered 50 wings received 40. Called when I got home and discovered 10 missing. Was told to bring the entire order back so that they could show the staff of miss order. I brought back order , and was told by the so called assistant manager, that the cooks said they fulfilled the order , basically calling me a liar, and told me to leave and there was nothing they could do. I said please give me either the 10 dollars I paid or give me the wings. They said please leave or we are calling police. Which I invited, and talked with police. They told police the owner would be in store the next day and I could call then. I called the next day and was told by the same so called assistant manager that she fulfilled the order and she doesn't make mistakes !!LOL!! She said the owner instructed her to encourage me to contact corporate, and he did not want to speak with me. This Location stole my money!! Please, please, please, check your order!! I will never go back to this location, and according to many 1 star customer reviews, lot of others will not go back either! DISHONEST! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!! I have ordered many times from you! Please do not send me a computer generated response!! ALL I CAN SAY IS THIEVES!! Beware people of this Ranco location!!P.S. TO THE OWNER. THIS HAPPENED ON JUNE 5, 2022. IF YOU CARE AT ALL YOU WILL REVIEW YOUR STAFF ON THAT NIGHT. Dave was the only professional on Staff, and should be promoted to manager!! Watched the manager drop rings that they werrr using with there bare hands drop in the frying chicken and used something else to scoop it out and continue to serve luckily my order was not apart of that batch ...Man answering the phone taking orders just makes it so frustrating to order. Came to pick up order which wasn't quite ready even though it had been passed the time no problem... fries were cold like they had been sitting waiting for chicken to finish when asked for new fries manager wanted us to wait 5 mins for a new order!! Like what by that time the chicken would be cold and we've already waited for the food to begin with she was being very rude and didn't even want to address the issue kept whispering what she wanted to reply to another employee who would then come back and deliver the message ended up getting a refund and giving the food back !!
Easy to miss, not well marked, in a busy shopping center, staff was not friendly at all. No one greeted anyone when they walked in, the person upfront was busy on the phone and no one from the back came to help with pick up orders.
We got food poisoning from this place. We ate their food at 8pm and less than 2 hours later my wife and I were in the bathroom vomiting and with diarrhea. I spent the whole night vomiting with chills, stomach cramps and fever. I was finally admitted to urgent care 12 hours later were they confirmed it was food poisoning and gave me medication to feel better. They need a major food safety and quality control check and change right away, foodborne illness are very serious.
I give wing stop 4 stars only because it would be nice to have vegan options, but I also understand that restaurants have their niche and how they want to do things and it's okay to not conform. Their fries are bomb though!
Took them basically an hour to get my order done food was good but we waited 40 minutes to eat and then another 30 just waiting for them to get done cooking it I heard the manager yelling at people saying “can you not see we’re running behind” obviously it was ridiculous-update I don’t even think they were cooking our food because there are just wings sitting on a rack getting cold that I’m pretty sure at mine
