The worst wing stop location . Ordered boneless wings they were pink inside , fries were greasy & soggy! & ordered Cajun corn & the corn was not seasoned ! Horrible service either they’re lazy or just don’t care….or both. DO BETTER!
Usually when I get hot on my bone in it’s chewy but the last couple of times I’ve called in and got it my chicken was very crunchy very well done I didn’t ask for it but I loved how it was just well it was a young lady in the back with a high top bun with very nice jewelry that was cooking can someone tell her I love her because she did an amazing job and it was my second time coming back in a week 10/10 recommend going when she’s thereEdit- this was Friday&Saturday I came in today and didn’t see her
I showed up at this location 10:10 pm to place an order. The employee on the register told me that they weren’t taking anymore orders for the night because they were too busy. I asked him don’t you guys close at midnight and he just gave me attitude and once again said we are not taking anymore orders. Dam I didn’t know it took that long to make some wings.
Every time I order take out, it is either wrong or they forgot about it and “make it right now.” Good flavors of wings and I enjoy them when they use the right sauce. Ordered two Cajun 10 pieces and two kids meals. I asked them if everything was in there. Got home and the kids meals were correct but the two orders of fry Cajun turned out to be saucy hot wings. I’m done with this place. The solution they’ve given me before was to bring it back for an exchange. Gas is too expensive and traffic is horrible. It’s not worth my extra time to go back for an exchange.
They charged me 20 dollars for pieces of breading that fell at the bottom of the fryer and a cup of ranch. They didn’t even bother covering the “wings” in the sauce I ordered. Really terrible setup
I ordered online and it said pick up 19-24 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later, checked in and paid for my wings and fries. 25 minutes later I still haven't received even an update or apology. When I asked they said 5-10 more minutes. I demanded my money back and they couldn't figure out how to put it on my card and had to pay me back cash. This place is the worst wingstop I've ever been to, highly miss managed. I left hungry with no food for me or my kids 45 minutes after I ordered and still had to figure dinner out. Never again wingstop.
First time ordering here! Need a mask to go in and was not posted on web site. Rude signs posted out front that with out a mask then you can not enter. If your going to have rules like that then you must have free masks for your patrons outside. Also when I opened the door the employees were yelling at each other and was complete chaos inside. Not returning. To many other wings places to choose from.
Online orders always take longer then estimated time online. Place is dirty.
Online ordered with a set pickup time of 5pm. Got here at 4:58pm and they took 25 minutes to have my order out.
WING STOP ! BASELINE YOU CAN NOT !!! SERVE RAW CHICKEN IT HAS TO BE COOKED THOROUGHLY! IM REALLY UPSET THAT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR WELL DONE BUT INSTEAD I GOT ALMOST RAW CHICKEN! THIS IS SO NOT SAFE ! AND TGE GREASE LEVEL OMG! PLEASE DO BETTER ! ?
