Terrible customer service. Ordered delivery on Wendy's app. I never received this order that was supposed to be delivered by door dash. I drove to the Wendy's only to be told that it was not their responsibility and they would not replace the order.
Ordered a sandwich and chicken nuggets on drive through window. Paid with credit card but did not get the receipt. After I left, I realized the sandwich was missing, and I had no receipt to claim.
Good customer service but always look that all items are correct or missing any. They always either give wrong order or forget to give something.
So far not a good experience. I've ridden my bike here twice. Last time I showed up, it took 45 minutes to get my fast food. I did get two cookies, but I wanted a quick bite. Went again today just now on my bike. I went inside and they closed. Just go to jack in the box. It's faster. Food here is alright, but considering my personal experience with this location. I'll just go to Jack in the Box across the street.
Was good but sucks to eat inside when it's cold out. It's about the same temperature inside as out. Felt like 50° inside
The fries here were SUPER fresh. I got a spicy chicken at about midnight. Did not disappoint. I was on my drive home to Vegas from California. Ended up being a good choice. Thanks Wendy’s.
I decided to order a $5 meal. I ordered and waited about 8 min. I was called, I picked it up and sat down at a table. The chicken nuggets were the only thing that was hot! Cold burger & fries. Should have gone somewhere else. They were busy, so not sure why the food was cold??

During our journey on ranking fast food chains, we obviously wanted to try Wendy's. We've never had it before and thought to give their signature burger a try. Not only was it the worst burger I've had in the area. We had to make a new tier in out tier list under F. The meat just tasted so horrible and the lettuce looked like it was stepped on and soggy and looked so unappetizing. It was such a pathetic burger. Just everything in it seemed so old and rotten. The nuggets were also super underwhelming.Trying the same burger in another location had the same result and more problems. I know now that in my life I will never eat a Wendy's burger again, and I'm totally fine with that thought. Knowing I will now never step foot in one of their restaurants only gives me peace of mind.
They were short handed like a lot of places these days but got my food out fast. Impressed with the crew that was working that day. Food was awesome asked for 2x onions and they delivered.
