Good customer service. This was the first time I went to Waba Grill and the staff was able to help me decide what I would like to eat. 10/10 would come again.
They give some rice m few veggies n less neat n fish n it’s expensive prices r up
Store employees often do NOT care to get your order correct. Had to complain several times and now they get it right about 90% of the time. Was trying hard to accept that I can't get what I pay for but today's lack of accountability was appalling and the final straw.There are signs in the window stating a mask is required due to COVID. However, none of the employees were enforcing the rule. The cashier attempted to tell me she was not aware of the rule even though she must past the sign on the front window every time she comes to work. All of the staff were wearing mask from behind plastic counter shielding. So as a customer, I should be subjected to adverse conditions just to get a chicken bowl that is made to my liking only 90% of the time. Additionally, if employees here lack the moral obligations and accountability to follow health standards and best practices, what else do they treat with such lack of care. Food drops on the floor, oh well. Expired chicken, no prob as long as customers don't know. Clean the counter and in general keep to required health codes, please - who would know. Simply put, employees here cannot be trusted to what is right morally, ethically and (most important) legal.
Waba grill itself is usually great. This location closes randomly though before their stated hours.
Never fails to get my simple order wrong every time. Dry chicken. If you order white meat chicken you will get regular non-white meat, I’d you order brown rice you’ll get all white rice
I came in just to get a side order of the delicious steak, plus free dumplings for doing the survey on a previous receipt. The food was ready in just a couple minutes! The whole trip was quick and easy, the food was great, and I got another survey on the receipt to get more free dumplings next time.Only reason it's rated 4 is because last time a friend got takeout for us and the restaurant didn't include the extra veggies that he paid for.
Waba should get 5 stars. BUT! WARNING! CHOKING HAZARD! 2 TIMES IN 4 TRIPS. BONE SHARDS IN THEY'RE CHICKEN BOWLS! Fix this and you get 5 stars.
Love this WaBa Grill and I appreciate the good customer service. This location is superior to alot of the other locations.
Awful. They need to learn customer service. The cashier did not even give us sauce. Smh
Good place for a quick dinner when you want to get a good serving of veggies for the family. Pick up, and have dinner at home. The quantity of sauce they put on meat varies, sometimes it's okay and sometimes it is drenched(okay, it only happened once). So I just ask for easy sauce. People have been friendly every time I go. It really is at least a 3 time a month stop for us, when I just don't want to make dinner and think it's time for Veggies. ?——————-Edit.. it’s been a couple years since last review and they opened a waba closer to my house on Day Creek... we still make the drive here. The Day creek store just isn’t as nice and accommodating. At this store... even the new team members are nice. Keep up the great work ?♥️
