There cook angel doesn’t wear a mask while he is cooking and chopping up food …wants to laugh at joke with his co workers while chopping up my food with no mask on smh I won’t be back !!!
I totally love the staff here and there service is actually good then any other locations I have visited. The workers here are nice and make sure I leave with my order correct in hand with no attitude and have so many new choices on the menú. I would suggest this waba grill to friends family and many others since there chicken and steak are always on point and the rice is hot and soft like it should be definitely 5 stars ??
Honestly this place is in need of actual management. By management, I mean having a qualified adult capable of performing quality control audits and holding employees accountable for the way tasks are being handled. Employees are clearly coached to not give out the properly allocated amount (per the recipe) of sweet and spicy sauce and they are definitely under staffed with longer than usual wait times and customers being unclear of where the line starts being that they have two registers and only one cashier that also has to prepare the orders. There’s nothing like driving all the way home to find out the sauce you wanted isn’t included in the meal you just paid full price for. Your owner needs to understand it’s called a “sweet and spicy” chicken plate and customers are paying for this. You’re not doing anyone a favor by including sauce in their meal and your food cost isn’t related to it because you’ve made the agreement to sell it for said price when you opened the franchise. I like the location, being that it’s next to my gym but if there was another waba grill even remotely close to the Alta loma area I would drive to it to avoid this place. It was ran much more efficiently when Elizabeth worked there.
Went to this location after terrible service at the Waba Grill off Haven and 4th. We pulled up just before they closed. Granted, it was 8:53pm and they close at 9. I get that. We probably would have made it sooner had the rude girl at the other location hadn't wasted so much of our time for nothing. We were hungry after being out all day in the heat and wanted a healthy option for dinner.However, as we pull up, the cashier practically ran to the door and quickly locked it. Then she looked at us and jiggled the door to show us they were locked. That was our second and final attempt at ordering from Waba Grill. Waba Grill apparently doesn't want or need business. Zero stars!

Its when you show up at 8:50pm and they close at 9 and ask for white meat and the staff is too lazy to make it because they're closing soon. We're out of chicken!! Really?
