I was nearby and needed a quick bite to-go and so I stumbled upon this culinary marvel via a search on Google Maps. As I walked through the door, two employees at the counter refused to acknowledge my presence and continued to converse amongst themselves. I’m sure it was about something important, like what fiscal measures should be taken by the federal reserve to combat inflation. So I stood there for about a minute and finally one of them turned to someone in the back and asked her to come take my order. I chose the Caribbean Jerked Chicken Wrap and attempted to forget what had just transpired. As soon as I unfolded the wrapper, I immediately regretted my decision to dine at this establishment. The wrap itself looked like it was made in complete darkness by someone who has never seen a wrap before — however, the idiom “never judge a book by it’s cover” mumbled in the back of my skull and so I hesitantly took a bite. The concoction in my mouth tasted like a mixture of stale chicken breast, pinto beans, some sort of canned fruit with an extra helping of IDGAF. I was fairly hungry so I attempted a few more bites until I couldn’t stomach any more masochism. A few hours later I found myself rushing to the bathroom as my body decided to purge itself of this abomination. Maybe I should have gotten a tropical smoothie instead.
I placed an order through door dash and got a message from my delivery driver that only one thing that I ordered could be fulfilled. I ordered the Lipton tea bottle, kale salad, buffalo wrap with chips. Only thing I received was the buffalo wrap. No chips, no salad, no tea. I placed this order EARLY to be delivered at a later time. They had more than enough time to call me and let me know there was only one thing available so that I wouldn't be blindsided by the lack of items. POS establishment ? I included a picture of the wrap and put a card there for reference on size. The wrap is close to $10 btw

HORRIBLE customer service they are mostly closed during operating hours girls are very rude they never have reciept paper they dont like to give u access to having points in the app this is why they deny the reciept also operating hours MONDAY-FRIDAY IS 7am to 8pm they are closed at 7:30 am ive waited 15 to 20 minutes outside there is no one this place is completely closed most of the time atleast 2-3 times a week they should start hiring people that want to work not careless lazy ppl
Ridiculous I ordered online they took the money and order but they aren't even open. They have a sign saying online orders only but all lights are off and doors are locked. It says i can't cancel my order unless i call but pointless to call if nobody is inside. If you're looking for an unreliable smoothie place with staff that is so caught up in their drama they can't get orders right then this is the place for you!
Ive been to tropical cafe 3 times and they have location closed during hours of operation which show 7am to 8pm Mon-Fri i get here every day 7:30 and they are not open terrible service when it comes to ordering through app they charge then make it hard to get a refund back
2nd time here, quick service, staff is nice and smoothies come out yummy! Bahama Mama.. bomb lol?
I have around 7 year visiting tropical smoothie rancho Cucamonga I always order something..I guess they change menú. But this girl tell me with bed actitud nooo I don't have that. I requests something also she answered again with terrible actitud...I ask her wye she acting like that...she responde me oh I'm new.. but even if you are new she should be more nice...so I don't go anymore...
Ordered delivery. First they didn't give the driver my whole order, and then they made the drinks completely wrong, they forgot sugar or strawberries or something. They taste really bad. Tried to call but nobody answered. Luckily uber refunded me.
This place had horrible customer service and the employee was absolutely ridiculous and uncomfortable to be around. When I parked the employee was waiting right on the window pointing at her mask at everyone that crossed the store. She obviously felt she was more important then what she was, when opening the door I had my mask in my hand about to put it on and she yelled from across the counter about putting it on. The distressed and dramatic attitude she displayed made me felt like the place was contaminated and really just made the experience there unbearable. But luckily I just got my smoothie and left, never coming back.
The time says does not close till 8pm I got here around 6 I go everyday literally everyday for the same protein shake the guy looked at me and said we’re closed with the sign outside that says open! I WILL NEVER RETURN.I thought he was being lazy!
