Good size portions, fair prices. parking was easy, very small restaurant, steady flow of people. Food has a lot of flavor, will definitely be back to try some of the other items, for the red pazole, servers were very friendly but not very attentive only reason I left 4 instead of 5 stars.

Took my wife and daughter to eat posole Rojo and menudo, DELICIOUS!!!! The food is AUTHENTIC you have to try it for yourself. The atmosphere is positive and the owner and daughter are friendly and polite. We have been coming to eat with this family owned restaurant since 2019 with T & T and now that they moved to this bigger location you have more room to eat inside now. The dinnerware is beautiful as well. Great Job guys!

Great place. If you want the taste of authentic homemade pozole this is the place. Would love it they had Yerba Buena for pozole topping. That’s just how my family has always done it.

My 1st visit. I ordered the small red posole. I must admit the taste of the soup was spot on. Not too strong and not too weak. The meat portion is perfect. I was disappointed with the small portion of hominy and shredded cabbage. The soup could use more of these two items. It's a bit pricey for the bowl. I think they can lower their cost by offering 2 limes instead of 3. And not automatically offering onions as there are some people who don't like onions. Had I ordered a drink my total would have been around $17 (including tip), which is too much for a small meal.

The food is really good! The service is fast and superfriendly and attentive. The food is tasty and hot and fresh! The horchata is very refreshing and isnt too sweet or too watered down. It's perfect! The restaurant itself is really clean, bathroom is pretty, and the vibe is chill and warm. I will most definitely be coming back.

My friend mentioned The Pozole Place and suggested we should visit and eat there. We went there this morning, April 28th. We were greeted by a very friendly Server. We ordered pork pozole. I had red and he had the green pozole. To be honest, it was the best and tastiest pozole i ever tasted and ate and i was and grew up next to E.L.A. many years ago. The owners were very friendly and so were the severs . It is a Very nice and clean restaurant . i will definitively be going back and i live 23 miles from The Pozole Place.

Our first time and we ordered take out. The food was delicious. Great staff and everything was packaged well . We will definitely go back and eat in next time.

Very friendly. I tried both green and red pozole and good but not great. I do want to try other dishes.

Came to this place for the first time and it was okay. It wasn't great as some reviews share. I had the posole and it didn't have flavor at all, I got home and added my own seasonings. Also tried 2 tamales the red and green. They were okay, but not for the price. I can go else where for that price and they're better with lots of meat. Also, realized it's the same owners at T&T Mexican food. Tried that place before and not great. Needless to say I won't be going back.

An awesome family-owned business that will definitely will satisfy your desire for authentic Mexican food! The daily offering of red and green pozole plus menudo is unique in breaking away of usually only being offered on the weekends by other Mexican restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating in providing great service. Besides pozole and menudo, their menu offers a variety of common Mexican foods. All are tasty and delicious! If you want food that tastes like home cooked Mexican food, this is the place. After growing up in Wilmington, going to college in L.A., and working in and about East L.A for many years, I can honestly say this food is just like home (my mom’s cooking)!
