My family and I had a wonderful experience last evening. The staff was welcoming and kind, and our server was attentive and helpful. I usually have to stick to one thing when I go out for Italian, but I found that there were so many options for someone with an allergy to dairy, and I actually got to change things up for once! I will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone from the front, to the servers, cooks, and to those who make sure everything is sanitized and clean for guests to enjoy.
We had a great dining experience! Had to wait 40 mins to get a table but it was worth the wait. It's been years since I've been so it's great to see things are still just as good. Lots of parking and a really nice waiting area. The decor is nice and it's very open and spacious. Menu is simple but has a lot of great selections. Our waitress and server were both very nice, professional and helpful. Will definitely be going back.
Haven’t had OSF in over 15 years. This restaurant was fabulous for Rancho. Beautiful ambiance, well trained staff, customer service oriented and one of the best to-go experiences I’ve had since the pandemic. My one frustration is the to-go portions are a fraction of what you get dining in. The taste is pretty basic. Great kids menu. delicious fresh baked bread. Good rewards program.
My wife and I have been wanting to eat here for some time now. I haven't been to a old spaghetti factory since my teens! So had no idea what the food would be like. To my surprise, The food was cooked very well and had lots of flavor. Especially the dish with brown butter, bacon, and mushrooms! My wife got the meatball and spaghetti and it was very good. We recently spent Valentine's day at another spaghetti place in south coast plaza and the food was bland and the atmosphere blah with a higher bill. We choose the old spaghetti factory!
Went with my family later in the evening.Food wasn’t the best.We love the spaghetti factory but you can tell this night they put no care into the food and gave us the last bit of food; dry and not very edible. My cousin in law ordered a Caesar salad entree and it was a bag salad (obvious) and she actually sent it back (and she’s a big salad lover). They also never gave us our desert and the end, many of our meals were cold and only 3 out of 12 were enjoyable…but they made sure to give us a big check for sure. Fortunately we’ve had all our good experiences at the Riverside location and we will just stick to that, as we’ve been going for decades. Highly disappointed in this place.This was after we called and asked the wait and they said they needed half of our party to put us on the list. Half of the party arrived and a different employee stated the whole party needed to be in before they sat us. Everything was inconsistent and just bad from the start. I should’ve just left then but lesson learned and money loss.
Great drinks at the bar. Had a blood orange mule as well as an old fashion that will put some hair in your chest. Super cool ambiance with lovely service. Definitely recommend coming and having a drink
Food was burnt and crunchy, probably left under the heating lamps too long. Server took forever to bring food to table. Beer was warm. Not good
First time here,food was amazing staff was very friendly and was seated very quickly!
I've never been to this Spaghetti Factory before, so I wanted to see how it would stack-up against the one in Riverside. I must say, they did a fabulous job. Special shout-out and thank you to Allison for doing such a great job for us. She was very busy but still managed to maintain a high level of service and attention to our table. The restaurant itself is very beautiful and luxurious inside. Very clean and well maintained. I'd say overall, our experience was exceptional. Great job!
The service was okay. The place was clean. The neighborhood is good. There is enough parking place there. Didn't wait too long there no lines. It's not too hard to find. The food is good. The price is okay❗??
