Friendly and helpful staff. Order at the registers, get a token that buzzes when your order is ready. Visited at lunchtime. Was busy but did not have to wait too long to complete my order.I ordered the chili cheese fries. See photo. They had a full breakfast, lunch, dinner menus. It appears that you can order breakfast, lunch or dinner anytime of the day. Everything seems to be made to order.
My wife and I have been going to the Hitch for about 4 years at least. We would visit the place at least 2 times a week, cause the food and great customer service. Up until last year the service has gone down. We have ordered food multiple times and received the wrong order. A couple of weeks ago, we ordered some hard shell tacos and we received the wrong order. I even told the person what I wanted and he repeated the order back to me and they were still able to give me the wrong order. I called the when I arrived and asked to speak to the manager, the person that took my ordered answered the phone and just told that they only sell 2 tacos at a time and that’s what he charged. When I told him what I wanted he gave me an attitude. Sorry Hitch but for now you lost some long time customers cause of poor customer service.
I decided to eat here at the last minute. I had a meeting nearby and wanted food that was quick and delicious. The Hitch did not disappoint me. I had an egg and cheese burrito for lunch. It was filling and large enough that I almost couldn't finish it. They had a salsa bar and regular soda fountain options. The staff was friendly. This is one of my favorite places to eat.
Ordered the tri tip sandwich. Got a sloppy mess of bbq sauce and crispy oinons that were soggy. Menu doesn't state whats in the sandwich, assumed it was plain with a few pickles maybe, like other bbq places do. Drove back and they were nice enough to replace it with how i wanted. But still ended up getting little pieces of grey meat (basically carne asada). Just stick with breakfast burritos folks
The food selection was great, you can even swap out French fries for onion rings or fried mushrooms with your meal. Breakfast served all day, had a breakfast burrito and an order of fried mushrooms. Very tasty!
Fantastic burger! Had the sidewinder jalapeno. Absolutely delicious and Huge. The sides of mushrooms and zucchini were enough for a whole family. Will be returning for sure!
I wish I found this place sooner! Less than a mile from my work and it will become my new lunch spot! My coworker had the sidewinder jalapeño burger and I had the charbroiled chicken salad. He said the burger was excellent and cooked properly! My salad had everything I could want in a salad! I did share the fries that came with his meal and the ranch they provided was some of the best ranch I’ve had(I’m a ranch person lol). The staff was very friendly as well and I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

Such good pancakes! Their burgers are tasty and the portions are big. We always take food home. They also are connected to a charity that helps the community and that's nice. The place is big and clean, TVs play sports, and it feels cozy. The staff is friendly, food is delicious. Give this place a try!
Food was very good and service was fast . I ordered take out and they forgot the syrup. What are pancakes without syrup? I would have given 5 stars but the syrup made me give 4 . I'm a truck driver so I don't have the luxury of getting home and using my own syrup .
