Great coffee ..the problem .staff didn't pay attention to my order. Gave me incorrect coffee...I want cold n blend ..gave me hot coffee.the work area where they mixed coffee n tea at front...was dirty..n I saw how sloppy the staff ..keep dropping powder mix from the pile of other ingredients..very nastyI was turn off..all their focus...get cash..n performance or execution very messy n sloppy...sorry ..it was really turn off
I ordered the Original Mocha ice blended. It was delicious and I want another one!!The staff is helpful if you dont really know what to order, they are good at making good suggestions. I am probably going to make this my regular coffee place!

The girls at this coffee bean are amazing! Their customer service is on point. This is how every place should vibe when dealing with customers. Just another reason added to the list as to why I no longer go to Starbucks. Thank you ladies!
Hubby had a gift card so we went in to buy a couple of bags of coffee. What we did not know, and it was a wonderful surprise, was that you get a free cup of coffee or tea when you buy a bag of their coffee. So my husband got a cup of coffee and I got a cup of ice tea. Customer service was very nice. The young lady that helped us was pleasant she looked Us in the eye and smiled at us as well which is a plus in my book. The place was very clean and the tables were not sitting real close to one another so people were able to have some distancing from the person next to them.
Iv been going here for couple years now.. never had a problem in my whole time coming to this coffee bean.. always parking.. drinks are made correct . Also never feel like I need to rush making my order.. definitely a plus
They messed up on alot of our orders, so they made them over. But overall good customer service. Very polite employees, it stay busy alot.
My family and I ordered drinks for pick up, the drinks were okay. But the service was very poor. A guy with glasses told my family and I to leave and eat outside because apparently its a policy to not eat food that we had from another place. My family and I were shocked to hear this, because we didnt order just one drink, but multiple drinks and were planning to drink our drinks with our food.
Terrible experience a male worker with glasses was very rude and had an inappropriate behavior.
Ordered drinks for my family and I to enjoy with our dinner and a male employee with glasses was rude informing us to go outside because people were studying.
