Some of the worst service I've ever received in my life. I sat there waiting for 15 minutes at the window with no acknowledgement waiting for a simple order of two bean burritos while I saw multiple workers chatting and not working inside and presumably the manager on his phone in the background also not doing anything. Absolutely ridiculous.

This poor taco bell ... I hate to give them one stars because the staff works their hardest & the food is always correct and good late night high food. But you have got to offer more money you franchisees, because what you are offering is not enough to keep this space properly staffed. The employees work hard, the owners are cheap. Stay competitive dang it & treat your people right.

This location doesn't open it's lobbies anymore. Doors are permanently locked at all hours and even now in spring of 2022, they haven't opened their doors since. Only way to order is through the "Drive Through" and the line gets super long, like In-n-out.Don't go to this taco bell. It's not worth the wait time. Better to go to a different location even if its out of the way. At least you'll get better service there. I don't know what kind of management is running this facility here at this location. Cost cutting tactics? I don't know.

I got greeted great when I walked in by a very nice cashier but the cook I saw was looking at the cashier all weird and looking at her like she doesn't know how to do her job. The cook was acting like she was the boss of her. I told the cashier to get a better job. The food is good but how they were treating the cashier was bad. I give the cashier a 100 but give the cook a 0. The cook looks at people like they don't belong there.

This store has to be one of the worst! Each time i patronize this store, the person at the DT window has no eye contact with customers, like it’s a rule of thumb. Then there is always an item missing from your order. Then there’s the forgot to remove the tomatoes you requested not to have put on your taco to begin with. Last but not least, the DT line is usually long and timely. Usually due to an employee or 2 calling off even before the plandemic. I go there because it’s local, but after tonight’s forgot an item, I will no longer be supporting my local Taco Bell. I kid you not, one of these things I’ve complained about happens every single time. It’s not a hard job, neither is ordering food, so I’ll take my business elsewhere and recommend the same for anyone who wants their order to be what they actually paid for.

It's unfortunate. This is A franchise so it is privately owned, but the owner must be some big corporate conglomerate that owns hundreds of businesses because this location is obviously severely lacking leadership.I'm sorry but you can't use the excuse that you're low on employees for over a year. If that's the case then you need to adjust your business practices and realize that's your new norm. Or get out of the business. But having your dining room closed everyday for a year and being unable to give adequate service in your drive thru is pathetic. It's long past due for taco bell to come in and take this location back. The owner made agreements when taking on this location that he is not agreeing to.Plus, you're not short staffed anymore and haven't been for a great while

Drive thru takes 5-10 minutes per car. Dine in is locked half the time and when it's not there is no one to take your order you use the kiosk. The only thing they can do right is get the order correct. Even that is hit or miss.Whoever owns this place should sell it to someone who isn't a massive failure as an owner. Tacobell should take it from them for ruining what used to be a good location.

Place used to be the go-to Taco Bell or even fast food but lately it’s been going down hill. I get you may be under staffed but I’ve gone and it’ll be like 2 hours before closing and they are already closed yet the have everything still on like they’re open, or I’ve ordered many times and they cant ever get anything right… how hard is it to switch out the beef in a burrito for steak??

Ordered via mobile app on my half hour lunch break, arrived to a store that was locked and no one inside. Googled the phone number, rang with no answer. They took my money, and rendered no service. I'll never come back, I recommend you don't either.Ps, I walked to the drive-thru to see if I could communicate with someone to at least get a refund, I was met with this sign.

They have signs saying the close at 11pm. At 9pm there are a bunch of us outside and all the lady inside can say is they are closed without a reason or changing their signs. Super frustrating
