This place is one of my top favorites. Their golden orange roll is my favorite, the fresh lemon slice on top gives it a burst of flavor that balances the savory of the roll *chef's kiss* . They also have the salmon kama available on their AYCE menu which is one of my favorite things to get! Everything tastes super fresh and they are very attentive with refilling drinks and clearing empty plates. If you're in the Rancho Cucamonga area and are craving sushi, this is the SPOT!
Came in on a Saturday mid afternoon around 4 pm. Was a bit busy but got seated as soon as we walked in. The all you can eat sushi menu was a good price even tho prices are high right now but affordable. They let you also ask for the specialty rolls they have. All you gotta do is write it down and they will do it for you. Our server was attentive and the manager was walking around as well helping. Is good to see management come out and help out, considering that it was a Saturday and most take the weekends off. But all ran smoothly and every roll we got was really delicious. Thank you very much Sushi One Spot. Anyone reading this should keep in mind that most places are short staffed but this place was beyond my expectation of any restaurant.
The food would have been good had the restaurant included more than two soy sauce packets for the four rolls of sushi we grub hubbed. Make sure to ask for soy sauce or you won’t get it.

They spoiled us and we're SO creative ! Go there if You get a chance ? It's Loud ? but beyond worth it !! Try the Sashimi salad ?, Cajun salmon nigiri & even had good Uni , for dessert ??
Good variety of all you can eat. Everything tasted great and the fish to right ratio was heavy on the fish which I love. I was also pleasantly surprised at how many rice less roll options they have.
Had the ALL YOU CAN EAT for $36/person. Ordered a few dishes but multiples of it because we thought it was good. There was a 30min wait on a Friday afternoon around 6pm.
All you can eat sushi! Delicious! Good service! Kids get20%off under 3 eat free! Wee order way to much but the offered to go for an additional fee which makes it so worth it!
Loved this place!. They had sushi roll recipes that I had never even heard of. Of course they had the classics too. Also a great selection of no rice rolls. Good atmosphere. Good music. The food was so so good.
By far the best AYCE sushi spots in the area. I have eaten at multiple locations, but this one beats others with great customer service and great prices.Edit: The service is still decent, but the food has gotten a bit below the mark. The rice was quite sweet and none of the side dishes came out piping hot like they used to. It's understandable that some restaurants lost their touch with the Pandemic, but the price is much too high, even with lunch time. Just not worth it anymore. Sadly, it brings my rating from 5 star, to 3 star.
All you can eat sushi is a great deal.Yummy sake bombs with beer by the pitcher.Would have been 5 stars if they had fresh wasabi.
