On 07/31/2022, between 7:30 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. a Subway attendant named Pikai, (not sure how to spell her name) as soon my friend & I walked, she did not greeted us & she looked liked she was in a bad mood. My friend, said Hi, but she ignored her. Finally, she decided to speak to us, got our sandwiches ready, paid for it & we decided to buy a water bottle to change our order fountain drink. She had to make a phone call to find out what to do, & over heard stated that it's not her mistake this time. As soon as we sat down to eat our sandwiches, she told us that we could not stay & eat there because they are closed. We asked another worker, what time they closed she stated that at 8 p.m. & stated that it's okay for us to stay. But Pikai, keep reminding us that we cannot eat there at all because they are closed, but door is still open for customers & they are keep coming in to place their orders. If we are not allowed to eat there, how come there were chairs & tables available. Pikai could have told us while we are paying our meal, that they can only placed an order for take out, but she did not mentioned anything. As soon as we sat sown, & told us that we have to leave & cannot stay & eat there. She was very rude and needs customer service training. We told her if she does not like her job & very unhappy assistant, that she should quit.
I was here @3:40 on 2/10/2022 and the girl twitch the tatts that made my Turkey sandwich was a delight to be served by. Great customer service.
For a Subway this one stood above the other ones in the area. Extremely friendly counter service. Quality was excellent as well.
I suspect that they put allot less of everything in between those buns ...I swear...we use to get healthy subs. NOW.... They're all children's portions.

Lady tried charging me $2.38 for a cup of water?? Not the water, just the cup??Can I use restroom to wash my hands? 'No sorry, restrooms are not for the public' but I am a patron I just purchased a sandwich? "sorry the owner wants it that way"Really??? Never going to that Subway again!!

Tried new melt...most horrible wrinkled mess ever saw. Cheese didn't even melt.
Service was excellent! I will start going to this Subway it much larger than other Subways!?
