I recently visited this store to pickup a latte that I ordered on the app on 4/28 around 8:30am. The two female workers didn't greet anyone. Both had attitudes and would just set the drinks and food on the pickup counter without saying anything. When they tried to speak, no one could hear them because they were wearing masks. Customers would walk in with no greetings at all. The shift supervisor who eventually came out from the back, also had the same attitude and said nothing. I will be speaking with the Store manager Tanya, when she eventually gets back to working at the store. If you experienced the same, give Tanya a call. When I called to get the name of the store manager, the shift supervisor at first, refused to give me the name. Ridiculous
We had some coffee and chill. They can definitely use some more seating inside.
They not doing good drinkins i order hot chocolate first they prepared with out of chocolate only little and said to do again and looked like they come ungry because they prepared my hot chocolate with 6 sp of chocolate teast nasty
Long lines but fast service. Hard to find a close parking. There is no drive through at this location, If you are in a rush go elsewhere. Employees are courteous and fast.
Star, Lizzie and Sarah were really professional and show outstanding customer service. They provided service on time really helpful and made sure that all my needs were met during my visit to my favorite Starbucks. Star, Lizzie and Sarah was really friendly and very helpful during my visit and my drinks were really tasty.
I’ve visited Starbucks in at least 10 states, basically every morning go to have something in Starbucks.This is the first time I met a staff who didn’t know about hot sauce ( chili sauce). If you don’t know, you could at least ask other staffs instead of telling me you don’t know you don’t know what’s that at all.?♂️
Great location, extremely friendly hard working understaffed employees. Everyone was busy working their arse off there on a Wednesday evening. They need more staff to clean tables and restroom. Everyone there was busy and friendly. Pumpkin brulee is great ?.
I don't go to Starbucks often as I am not that much of a coffee drinker, but people keep giving me gift cards so I stopped here with 2 friends to use some of them. I decided to try something with pumpkin since that seems to be the current thing to order (or joke about.) I am not familiar with the Starbucks lingo and the menu board was hard to read with my contacts. The cashier was super helpful and patient in guiding me through the ordering and helping me with the options. Who knew there would be so many decisions in ordering a cup of coffee? I got a grande pumpkin spice latte which I really enjoyed. Overall a great experience. It could have been improved by having another menu board in a place where you could get closer to read it easier and spend enough time to decide before getting in line. The writing on the one behind the counter was too small and too much to read in the short time you are in line. Overall it was a fun experience and I really appreciated the cashier helping out a newbie.
I ordered a simple Blonde roast coffee and said that if they don’t have it readily available I would like a pour over. Got my order, sat down, tasted it and realized that it was Pike. I brought it up to the barista that someone incorrectly gave me a Pike coffee. Usually these Starbucks don’t have Blonde roast coffee readily available and I would wait to get that pour over, these people obviously thought that I would not tell the difference and gave me again a Pike coffee. This was during their mildly busy working hours not moderately busy at all. Frustrating that I brought up the incorrect order to the baristas and they did not own up to it and give me the Blonde roast.
