They say Disney is the happiest place on earth - I say, this Starbucks location is! From the 1st moment stepping in I felt as though I was in a friendly place . Jackelyn, the manager was taking orders and made a point of noticing something nice about each customer, which they appreciated. All the staff were super friendly and acted as if they all enjoyed working there - almost like a family atomsphere. I will definitely be visiting this location again .
Ok customer service but very slow drive thru store if u r coming to visit make sure u will kill at least 20 minutes ? also you can get an attitude back if you do not like the drink or ask questions to help you understand
Gave me completely wrong drink and shrugged me off denying me reentry not even a solid minute later, citing “staff shortages leading to the dining room closing early.” When I explained I was in the area on a walk the woman said “sorry.” And closed the door. Lazy trash service.
I had a nice brief stay here. It was a very hot day. A lot of free parking. Drive thru was busy.
Slowest drive thru ever!! Only giving two extra stars because the drink came out ok.
I went there and ordered the citrus honey mint tea and instead of telling me they didn't have all the ingredients they literally gave me 2 random drinks drinks that I did not order
Bought a pike there but coffee was literally water and milk. When I let them know coffee was watered down with a lot of milk, their answer was a simple sorry about that. That's it! And they took so long to make the order, I just did not bother insisting that they remake it. Don't go there. Go further north to baseline. They Starbucks makes your order perfectly!

Nastiest Starbucks I've ever been to. Everyone is using covid as an excuse for terrible business practices.
Longest I’ve ever sat in line… 30 minutes from ordering to pulling up to the window….30 MINUTES!!!!
