Great staff and the drinks were all well made.
They were really backed up on making drinks when I arrived, but the crew pulled together and finished them in no time. Think I waited less than 5 minutes when there was about 10 people waiting ahead of me. Good work!

I need more stars. Everyone was so friendly and kind. They apologized for the "long wait" of literally 4 minutes for a venti peppermint mocha. To the woman that took my order (wearing a headscarf) you made my day. I was having a bad day. I walked in and was greeted by so many friendly smiles and hellos. She took my order and was so kind to me. I got home with my drink to see how she put my name on the cup. Let me tell you it didn't go unnoticed. Thank-you so much.
The worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. 1 person in line and six people working and I ended up leaving after 10 minutes. I know you have app orders, but don't sacrifice the walk ins.
