Got to be the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.1.not enough employees for the customer volume.2. obviously not enough workspace for the employees they do have.3. employees need to learn to work efficiently (It's not a social club for you and your coworkers)...and pay attention to what the customer is ordering.Some(very few) of them employees work hard.Most just shuffle about gigling with each other.(Where's the manager?)This place is so cramped, parking lot included. They should do away with the drive through as it just adds more work for the inept helpers and clogs the already limited parking.
Listen, if you work you need to pay attention. Ther eis no reasoin to chit chat about other things, your mind is febal and small, obviously... You guys forget things, you don't bag things, you are always making mistakes, that is not normal on Earth and in life. Take a moment, think for 1 time in life, practice thinking and doing the right thing. Try to do what the customer wants, if they order a HOT drink, don't keep making cold drinks. You know you have been doing for 10 years at least. STOP WASTING time and resources. You guys are ALL acting very LOW vibration, you are acting very selfish when you are so lazy to do your job right. But when pay day is here you are the first to want your check, the check you didn't even really earn.So again I ask you to work smart and hard, It's just drinks after all, hot or cold. It's not that hard to read a label is it. This will save time, money and not give people like me a bad attidude becasue you can't even include my drink in the bag. Then you expect me to leave and come pick it up again? So you dont' do your job right, and your corporation has to pay fo rit an dI have ot pay for it....This is so ridiculous.If I managed this sotre, you ALL would be fired and replaced within 1 hour.
This place is terrible! I ordered a drink and was charged for a shot of espresso when I didn’t even ask for it not only that but one of the workers was on her phone while my drink was sitting there and when I walked up to her she said she “forgot” and my drink was all watery and when I asked for a refund back onto my card they gave me cash instead, I have never had this issue here before .
All staff is super professional and knows how to make all drinks even the weird custom ones, drive thru line can get busy but overall they are very fast on their orders.
Worst customer service ever!!! Waited 10 minutes for an online order to be made, no question about have I been helped, and just to find out the mobile app ordered from the wrong location that I didn't select. Only response I got from the employee was that I ordered it from the wrong location with no help resolving the issue.I am now out my money for coffee and my lunch break at work, with no time to go to this random location I have never been to, to pickup a coffee I paid for at the location I was at.Coffee bean or a gas station will be my stop from now on, never dealing with this horrible company, that doesnt care about their customers over their dollars, again.
Although they were very busy. I was helped and received my items were in a fast manner.
Great service. Great product. The only reason for not leaving 5 stars is due to the extended wait times.

It's Starbucks. I love coffee and here in the city we have a lot of options, all of them are good but I love to visit Starbucks from time to time because they have such interesting menu and I love to expirement :)Shout out to the service people, they are awesome :)
