They never seem to have all of the coffees prepared at opening.
Love this store! Everyone provides excellent customer service. They always get my order correct, breakfast is always hot and fresh. Would recommend this store. That is why I am a repeat customer!
Starbucks drinks are good. But wait time all the time is exaggerated.
first Starbucks I've been to that turns off the lights on their customers 5 mins before closing time to make them leave. leaves a terrible customer experience to what is typically a good Starbucks experience.

This is not Starbucks joint , just an abysmal pit selling sugar water. I went this place a couple of times and today I saw a new low. Most of the times, they are just running out of random items - straws, carriers, napkins, you name it. But today, they run out of everything - carries, stoppers, straws, all and the beverage was all over the place in my car. They don't feel sorry, because running out of supply is certainly NOT their fault. This starbuck loses my future business forever.

I did not like that their order ahead was unavailable, which is probably why the drive thru had a long line. However, I gave them all 5 stars because the guy on the speaker was very helpful and patient. The bonus is that my drink tasted perfect.
Very good mix although customer service could pretend they like their job at least...lol
