Arrived at 8:50 and was told they were already closed. Hours posted say open until 9pm. Only wanted a few cake pops and asked if I could purchase what they had but was told again that they were closing for the night.
Always spectacular personal, nice and clean place, the service always amazing...I don’t have a preference, love them all, they are ALL my favorite...Macy’s men’s department, if you walk through there, pass by and get any beverage and you’ll get the best one!!!

They make nasty drinks. None of their drinks taste the same as the other Starbucks. I saw them add water to my coffee to make it seem like more..
