Purchased a tumbler on May 20th and found out that there’s a manufacturer flaw. Brought original receipt and asked for refund, they told me that they do not accept any return because of covid. It’s already June 2022. For real?! They also told me that other Starbucks in Vons also will not accept any return. Guess what, another Starbucks in Vons they refunded me immediately. Worst customer service ever.
Gentlemen in the morning ,haven’t gotten his name but will update as soon as I do ,excellent service ,super nice and well done ,some petite brunette that works in the evening not so much ,gave us some odd buttermilk that made us sick as creme and charged us an extra dollar ,as well as not knowing how to make coffee correctly and charging extra and arguing about it for everything ,zero stars for her
I had a terrible experience at the starbucks inside of vons. I was having trouble with my card because my cell service was slow and the employee Anna yelled at me and was giving dirty looks. They didn’t make any of my drinks correctly and forgot to make one too, i have never been treated so poorly at a starbucks and it ruined my 4th of july.
Drinks were delicious except they were melted cause I forgot I ordered. So i gave 4 stars cause no notification was sent even after 2 hours

I go here often and never had an issue. Only thing is once in a while they forget the sweetener. They are quick and polite.
Mango dragon fruit lemonade is very refreshing. And as always pink drink is spectacular
They have horrible customer service and just leave you on hold all day.
