do not go to this sonic. the charged us twice and will not respond to phone or messages. the corporate phone number says they can't do anything because it is a franchise. stay away or they will fraudulently charge you.
Just finished shopping and pulled in for something to drink. While waiting for our drinks, I went to use the restroom. The door to the restaurant said employees only. I noticed the restroom was outside. I asked the server if I could use the restroom and she said, "no but you can go to the place nextdoor ". Being handicapped I took offense to her response and called customer service to complain. There was no signage on the restroom door to indicate that it was out of order. I will certainly think twice before going back there again.
This place was the worst. It took them over 30 minutes to bring out or food then we were missing a burger. I hit the button and 3 minutes later I was able to tell them. I wanted over 20 more minutes and nothing happened. I hit the button again and no one answered for 10 minutes. Finally some one came on and said they would bring it out. I went to the door and saw employees just standing around and talking. One person was eatting candy by the area they make the food. This was sad that McDonald's is better then this place for service.
Long long long wait - I parked at the drive-up, maybe three other cars were there. Once I decided and pressed the button it was several minutes before someone came on to take the order. There wasn't many cars at all going through the drive through so it's not like they were being expedited. Took a long time for one hot dog and one slush to arrive. But the staff was friendly, dealt with my non-local lack of knowledge on the menu items with humor. I'd still come back again.
Thankfully on a Sunday afternoon the stalls were not packed. I absolutely love the concept of being able to pull up to an order screen push the button when you are ready to order and almost immediately to Ted that gets on the other side of the speaker and takes your order then you just sit and wait for them to bring it to you and enjoy the meal right there in your car you don't have to try to find another parking spot you don't have to try to find another table it's great! And if you're on-the-go that you literally pulling into the drive through and have that same convenient to a standard drive-thru window where they had to your food and you drive off. It's like having multiple drive-thrus it's so convenient and the food is so good. It may not be fancy but the basic American fair that is offered here is definitely unique and tasty! Attitude that they're incredibly long array of different cold beverages you can take everything from there slushies and their Lemonade's to the flavors you can add it's absolutely mind-blowing. The fact that they have any sugar free options as well is phenomenal. All in all I would definitely recommend play did I mention the pricing is beyond fair?
Park and order was closed off. Drive thru line took about 20 minutes to get through and there were only 3-4 cars ahead of me. All I could think of was how overworked the few employees in there had to be. They didn't have what I wanted to order so then I was stuck with no way out even if I wanted to leave. Made the best of it and ordered something else.
Yesterday, I ordered the coney combo with mozzarella sticks and cherry limeade. The mozzarella sticks were stale and one of the sticks was actually missing the mozzarella. They also forgot to include marinara sauce. Shouldn’t it be included automatically if someone orders mozzarella sticks? Apparently not, because this is the third time this has happened.Ok, brace yourselves for this next part. Here are a couple pictures of my chili dog. That fuzzy green circle is mold. So disgusting.
I don't typically write reviews but that was the worst excuse for food and this needs to be said! We ordered the chicken sandwiches and the chicken was stiff and luke warm and the bread bun was tough and barely warm. The mayo and lettuce were slopped on there like a 2 yr old made it. There was literally only two customers and no cars in the drive thru, absolutely no excuse for this kind of food prep. The tater tots were barely warm and my soda didn't even have ice in it. The only redemption was the slushie was good. We've decided we will actually never eat at Sonic ever again. Yuck!
There was a long wait time on a Saturday night for the drive through but the wait was worth it. I won't say it's a premium brand but the quality is fine. I have tried their shakes and ice cream, both were good. A lot of kiosks available at this particular location in Rancho. One benefit is it being near to prime locations in Rancho or Ontario. Associates are nice and greet you on your arrival. Would say give it a try.
I'm not sure how this place stays open...I waited about 12 minutes in line. Only to be disappointed with my food. The chicken sandwich was a joke to be honest. My mozzarella sticks have had to been there for awhile. The cheese was so chewy I just had to return it all. My Double stuffed oreo shake was mainly whoop cream and one piece of cookie sigh...I won't be going back
