Been going here a lot lately. The service is always excellent and their selection is great! I've only gotten a couple of different smoothies soo far, but each one is delicious! I now prefer Robeks over some of the other smoothie places around.
i usually love robeks but im beyond DISGUSTED by this specific location. . you'd think with covid happening they would take extra precautions and clean more often . the vent was full of dust ( its terrible for those with asma) , this dust didn't accumulate in a day , its been months, if not years, it hasn't been properly clean and thats just the outside of the vent im scared of what might be inside . its fairly easy to hire a third party company that will clean those up for y
Fantastic. Picked up 4 smoothies for the family, the service was great and the smoothies were terrific. Since the Jambas in the area have gone downhill so much, this will become our new smoothie spot. ???
They never refunded an accidental order. Called and no one ever answered the phone so i had to call corporate to get a hold of someone for a refund. They said they would take care of it. Called for follow up multiple times and they kept saying they would call back but never did. Never got my refund, they just took my money.

I order Robeks all the time. This location is a hit or miss. Most of the time they get my order right but be sure to taste it before you leave just to make sure its made correctly. They tend to run out of ingredients a lot also so be sure to double check that also if you order online. They wont tell you when you pick it up. They will just hand you your drink without mentioning it.. Other than that Robeks is awesome.
workers were bad and they weren’t busy and made me wait, didn’t even give me the right order and on top of that the food was messed up when I got it. very bad not going back again.
